The office hours were not followed very well, they would just close it in a working day with little notice (just a paper in the door the day before). The lady working there looked mad all the time. The windows would just close loudly by itself in the middle of the night. They have no place to leave the luggage if you need before or after your staying time.

It is cheap and very well located, shared bathrooms were always available and the office has drinking water available

The lady at the reception didn’t let us leave our baggage’s for just a few hours since our boat was leaving later. We stayed on their ponton until we had to leave so would of been the same to leave our bags at reception. The man was really nice and helpful.

The location is amazing!! They have a private ponton with stingrays swimming underneath. Close to everything, the rooms were super comfy (a bit stuffy sometimes but we knew that).

There is no ac only a fan so it gets quite hot in the room.

The property is really nice, looks just like the pictures. There is drinking water and hammocks around the property. Room is small but definitely suited our needs on a budget! Overall a very good stay

Didn’t have a kitchen in case you want to cook.

Room is very spacious with places to leave your stuff. the shared bathroom is very clean, and the room was too. Common areas very good with hammocks for chilling out.

The ladder at the private dock went missing :( oops! I booked this because I wanted access to a communal kitchen, turns out it was shut down. That’s ok, but you need to update so people don’t expect that. Lastly, the guesthouse ran out of drinking water. Huge disappointment, I’m super environmentally conscious and having to buy plastic water bottles was upsetting for me.

This place is awesome! I think the location is FABULOUS & the price is very RIGHT! The hangout area is wonderful to decompress, hammocks in both front and back of property and a the guest house is fenced for a little added security! Loved the private dock and the swimming area, used it daily!

The shared toilet was a bit far away for night time visits but was fine for me during daylight.

Great location, just over a five minute walk from where the ferry drops you off. In amongst lots of bars but wasn’t rowdy. Had option to pay in cash or card.

The office desk/check-in is only open on weekdays until about 5pm, so for my weekend stay the lady was not present.

No AC meant it could get quite hot in the room but I don’t think there’s AC anywhere in the island really so not their fault. Only two bathrooms also meant that sometimes you had to wait quite a while to have a shower/use the restroom.

Big and bright bathroom :) Everything clean and tidy. Perfect location. The porch and yard were great add ons, to dry wet things or sit outside and enjoy the evening.

The main drawback with living there was the combination of walking to the toilet with toilet paper in hand as well as soap + the vibe. You get soap and toilet paper in hand - not available on the toilet. That was new for me at least. Concerning the vibe - it does not take a lot to make a guest feel right at home at the start. The opposite is true as well, which unfortunately was the case here. Small things like offering free water (on an island this might be a bigger cost maybe, what do I know), offering some (at least a payable) service to keep your bags for a while after checkout. This all just entails listening to what travelers might be in need of. Which unfortunately some establishments are better at than others.

The location is just above and beyond - right next to everything on the north side, close to the split. We also enjoyed the quiet as well as the hammock areas in the common area.

Ants made their way into my room and started to eat my medication. I suppose this is part of staying on an island.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were very clean. Our rooms had no AC unit, but they came with fans, so we made do. The common area was very comfy, with hammocks, tables, and chairs where you could relax. The location is right off the main road, but it is pretty quiet at night. The place is located maybe 20-30 meters from the beach and has its own dock that is lovely to swim at. Right next door to the place is a place called the "Paradiso Cafe" which has phenomenal breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks. In regards to what we paid per night, this place was worthwhile.
