The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was so close to everything we needed (restaurants, bars, diving shops, etc). The rooftop was beautiful as well. However, what really stands out is the staff — everyone was so welcoming and helpful! They took care of everything for us, airport transportation, providing golf cart rentals, booking excursions, etc. I 100% recommend this place for everyone!

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and location was great. Bakery, fruit stand, and grocery is across the street or a block or two. We rented a golf cart with them to explore further. The staff especially Darwin is a great host and responded quickly to our questions and requests. We loved our stay.

Phenomenal hotel with phenomenal customer service. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and inviting. They had a homey atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and lively conversation. The view from the room was lovely.

Not a negative, but I didn’t understand that there weren’t laundry facilities in the individual units. ( On site laundry service is available.)

I actually was at the property a total of 9 nights.Words cannot express how lovely the Hotel and staff are!! Darwin Williams ,the manager and Host was exceptional, along with Letitia and the entire crew. I will definetly return for another Diving adventure at Elite Divers.

San Pedro is crowded so it is a little noisy. Casa del Rai is in a less congested area which was nice. Sargassum was also all over the beaches.

Staff was very helpful. Laundry available on site. Pool was clean and towels were provided. Apartment was very clean, full kitchen and air conditioned. Golf carts available on site. Darwin picked us up from the water taxi and took as back at the end of the stay. Tour information is provided in the rooms. We had a great time on the snorkeling tour we booked.

The property was clean & it is in a good location, even though the great surprise was the staff, Darwin was our contact & he is very professional fluent in Spanish & English, & Lety who was in the location 24/7 she was extremely helpful, the 2 of them make us feel like we were @ home, I am looking forward to go back to San Pedro

There wasn’t actually nothing we didn’t like but if I had to pick anything it would be that the location is great but be prepared to listen to golf carts throughout the night. It really didn’t bother us after a while.

Before we even arrived communication was excellent. I was in constant communication and they made sure we had all necessary information prior to us arriving to the room. Darwin was amazing, he made us feel at home and made sure we needed nothing. He guided us 100% through our entire stay. Highly recommend this hotel for sure!

We had an amazing experience at this apartment. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. Everything exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights was the stunning rooftop pool, offering breathtaking views of both the sunrise and sunset – truly magical! The price was incredibly reasonable considering the quality and amenities provided. The owners were exceptionally kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Casa del Rai is an amazing complex with a great location in San Pedro. Our 2 bedroom condo was clean and well equipped! The roof top oasis was amazing with beautiful views of the sea, perfect for relaxing and catching some Caribbean sun. The staff is exceptional, very helpful and friendly, they really made you feel welcomed!

Everything was well taken care of, super clean and the staff was AMAZING!! It is a great location. Close to Wayo’s and Hurricane Ceviche’s and an amazing bakery is just down the street a tiny bit. You can watch both the sunrise and sunset from this property. They also have golf cart rentals and they pick you up at the airport and take you back. Could not have been any easier. Aileen, Latisha and Darwin all made it very memorable. They even have some little turtles.

road noise was present. as it is on the main road, so must be expected. golf carts on the island are noisier than cars, takes a night to get use to, then i could sleep through everything. take ear plugs just incase you are a light sleeper.

everything was good. hosts are awesome. they can organise transfers from international airports as well. a person with the sign picking you up is a big help if its your first time. they have there own golf cart rentals available, saves a bit of hassle going into town and they have permanent parks on site. property has a locked gate as well
