I love the location of the property and the cozy feel. It was raining at times. I loved that there was an umbrella in the room. There were bicycles available for us to use. I had a user issue with the lights and my query was dealt with immediately. My brother and I enjoyed the single hammocks on the porch for us to just chill.

The cabana is small but cozy, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I reached out a couple of times to get help with some issues I had and they answered quickly and seemed happy to help. I enjoyed the free bikes and being a little far away from the action at night. And nothing is really far on this island! I was happy to have a little chat with the local people working on site, it also gave me a sense of safety.

Even though there's a microwave, a burner, a coffee machine and some dishes, you can't really cook unless you buy everything. There's no salt, pepper, oil, coffee filters... I bought coffee and coffee filters but I didn't use the kitchen in the end. I also think you should put the code for the bikes in the room, so it's easier for the guests. But as I said, someone answered me very quickly when I asked :)

The house manager replied timlely and was nice, free bikes although very old. We couldn't work the shower as no water pressure and the house manager organised someone to visit. We weren't in, and they must of seen on cctv that we put the keys in the lock box so they entered when we wasn't in and fixed the shower for us and sent us a video.

No accommodation for luggage storage, very small square footage so not enough room to put clothes away, no waldrobe or chest of draws. No coffee, no oven or hob. Everyone I dealt with pre the holiday was rude with vasaca. I asked to extend by two days which they agreed to, then when I asked to pay it was sold to someone else. I found vasaca the managing company very rigid and not in line with the rest of the island. No worth the money at all. Stayed in two other places on the island and everyone is accommodating with luggage except for this place. Also the late check in of 4pm is unnecessary, they say it's for the cleaner however given the size it wouldn't take very long.

Staff was super nice and responsive to all our questions. House had all the amenities we needed for a few night stay.

Loud and no soundproofing, could hear all the noise from the street very early. Curtains were also very thin so the apartment was light as soon as the sun came up. Check in was overly complicated with several steps and signing a document which I’ve never had to do with any other booking reservation.

This place was cute and felt verry safe , check in was easy the room was clean and comfortable - had things like a coffee maker , microwave , fridge hot plate etc - (note you need to bring your own coffee grounds if you want to use the coffee pot) AC was incredibly strong and worked great !!!

We didn’t initially receive the codes for the bikes but we sent a message and received a reply quickly !!

A classic island-style house, updated with AC. It is a lovely room, just a short walk from everything on the island.

Cozy self contained duplex. Modern and clean decor and design. Nice spacious grounds, thankful for the free bike use. Good location, really nice to have store directly across.

Check in was a hassle (though that may have been a booking.com problem). Bikes needed some TLC. More outdoor seating options.

Raul was amazing, very quick responses and very helpful! The cabin had everything you could need, kitchen, fridge, towels etc.

We had a few issues with the shower, the property was very quick to respond and very helpful but unfortunately even after the fix it just wasn’t great - low pressure and inconsistent temperatures. The WiFi was also intermittent, not good for working remotely.

Good location, nice furniture, comfortable bed

Incomplete check in information (no description of how to open the gate), rooms are smaller than on the photos, outside area is under construction and looks messy, bad wifi

Very comfortable, excellent value for money, free bikes available to use (first come first serve), located opposite a well-stocked supermarket and very quiet at night. A short walk or ride to town.

The location was a nice distance from the Lobster Fest party, so it was quiet when we went to sleep. There were three bikes on the grounds for guest use. This was a very welcome bonus. However, without the bikes, it is a pretty good hike from the split and even the main beach section. But not too bad.

Maybe keep a bike pump readily available for guest use. Luckily, Raul, local POC, was on site when we need to pump. One of the bikes had a very flat tire.

Good base for exploring the island. Good value on a last minute deal. Bikes were very helpful to get around, even though it's a small island it's easier in the heat to cycle to get up to the busier areas. Well equipped little cabin for making a few basic meals. Nice bath products. Expect little ants around alot, they are in most places we stayed.

Not enough bikes for the 2 cabins so you couldn't guarantee you could use them. The site is different to the photos as another big cabin has been built on the pictured grassy area.

The cabin had everything we needed for a short stay. It was only a short walk to the centre of everything, had bikes to use for free and a little shop directly opposite. The place was lovely and clean, and good aircon.

The room was super cute. very clean. with a basic kitchen that was perfect for my needs. bathroom was very clean. shower had great pressure and hot water! the bed was very comfortable and because the location is out of the main area I loved that they provided bikes for getting around. very convenient.

there was no common area or place to hang out outside. some hammocks and chairs under the new cabanas would be a great addition!
