The apartment needs a little TLC but was fine for a 2-3 night stay.

Great location from which to explore Caye Caulker and close to the water taxi dock. Friendly staff.

Really nice location! But the hotel is in need of renovation, locks for the doors are simple padlocks, sink that’s loose from the wall and a toilet that does not flush, stove neither did work, but the nice manager came in at 2130h and fixed up a new stove. Airco was good!

The pool was very awkward and hard to get in and out for older person. 2 huge steps in. No place to sit beside the pool But good to cool off in, was cleaned every day.

That hotel is Not the beach side Condo It's real Name is Misleading. Beach side is a excellent condo. This place not bad but doesn't come close to the Beach side Condo

The room definitely needed maintenance: there was no fire detector in the mount, parts of the wall were cracking away, the shower was very hard to use and the hot water was not reliable. They did not provide drinking water (other than from the tap) and it took awhile to figure out how we could get some water for the dispenser. As a family of 4, we got a room with a pull out bed, but it did not have any sheets (we eventually were able to get some). When we opened it, it was very dirty inside, so we ended up just putting the sheets on the couch unfolded.

The location is great. It is a short walk from the water ferry and the ocean view from the deck is beautiful.

Lack of intimacy, we can see through the curtains. It was really expensive.

There is being budget and then there is this place. It’s cheap, but not enough utensils. No light switches working, no lamp shade in bathroom, one pan. Poorer than a hostel. But it’s cheap, location is good. Only chucked out one massive cockroach. You get what you pay for.

Kitchenette was limited to one functioning stove top burner.

Loved the location and value. Great staff. Views were great too. Definitely would stay again.

Poor window and door cover… bath towels needs to be updated. Fans where not working and the Ac was not working properly.

The stove did seem functional, I was afraid to even try to use it. The sheet had a bed fitted sheet had a tear at the corner. There was a chewed gun stuck on the shower head, the mirror in the bathroom was small and hard to use. The a/c was not so cold. The staff seemed to have a slight attitude.

The beds need to be upgraded / fixed , there is a small kitchen but there is nearly stuff , 1 drinking glass, not enough knifes , spoons, forks. Electric stove with 2 plates 1 is only working , we are in 2023 and no microwave ,after complaining we got one from the office.there is a eating table but only 1 stool. It is a private owned apartment but you can see the owner didn't visit it for a long time to check on it.

I liked that it was not in a busy area but in close proximity to stores, water taxi, restaurants.

We loved that our room had its own private rooftop hangout that overlooked the water. It was also close to the water taxi.

The location is ideal! Rooms vary widely in amenities, as they are all privately owned! Therefore there is a disparity in how they are furnished and maintained! BUT, the location could not be better, and staff are courteous and pleasant!
