The couch and chair in our Casita were very uncomfortable and worn out and need to replaced. No thin pillows for the bed only over stuffed king pillows.

The resort is 20 minutes out of San Pedro on a golf cart, but we actually enjoyed being slightly away from the hustle and bustle. It was a pleasant and fun trip into town, so the distance didn't deter us at all. While our bed was very comfortable, our son's pull-out bed was unusable with a metal bar down the middle. Perhaps for a smaller child it would have been suitable. Midway through our first night, he pulled the mattress onto the floor, but it was so worn and thin that he was still uncomfortable.

The resort is absolutely beautiful with a stunning out look over the ocean and most of the common being located around the pool area which is massive. There are numerous sections to the pool to cater for different needs. The highlight for us was the undercover heated section around the swim up bar which was perfect for happy hour in the rain. The staff are very friendly and helpful and are prompt at dealing with any situation. We had a look around at some other resorts and felt that Coco Beach (although a fair way out of town), is by far the most beautiful.

We had lobster off of their All Day Menu and it was fabulous, perfect portions, lots of flavor, prices were in Belize so affordable from dollars and presentation was beautiful.

IF I had to absolutely jot something down on the negative column I would say that the location is a little distant from the main area. It was maybe a 15 min drive via golf cart but there are things to see along the way, it was a nice stroll back to the hotel to be honest. So there is no real negative here at Coco Beach Resort.

I loved the overall vibe of the place. It had a nice swimming pool and hot tub with ocean view. Hammocks by the beach front property and more than enough chairs to sit pool side. I honestly don't have any complaints at all about this entire experience. I would book with this place once again, hands down! Balcony with a view of the pools and ocean, it was absolutely amazing. I will forever remember this place, it literally boosted our experience even more.

The overload of mosquitoes and ants!!! When I say overload! I mean exactly that. The whole island is flooded with mosquitoes. Make sure you pack some type of mosquito repellent off spray. You will regret it if you don’t. (San Padro)

The property was nice relaxing and clean. Friendly and welcoming staff. However they could have sprayed more frequently for the mosquitoes, and do something to maintain the ant problem in the rooms. Also, they waited until check out to advise the $30 shuttle fee which could have been told during booking. Not a fan of fees.

The location is absolutely beautiful. The pool is awesome, especially the waterslide mountain. The staff were friendly and so very helpful. Just a joyful vacation in paradise!
