It was a little far from the old part of the city. There are some restaurants, shops and an ATM close by. If your up for an decent walk, you shoulf be good

There was a door that led to the private balcony that couldn't be closed. That needs to be repaired.

The property was fine. It was accessible and affordable. Clean and spacious.

There was a typo in our check-in instructions. Instructions for the lockbox had a 5-digit number, but it was a 4-digit combo lock. Luckily, it was just an extra digit on the end, and we figured it out. I just wanted to let the property owner know, just in case the information gets re-used at check-in and not just an individual typo. Also, we couldn't turn the TV in the living room on. I'm not sure if the remote needed batteries or what, but we couldn't use it at all. Otherwise, all was good.

This was a decent place to stay in a good area of Belize city. No barking dogs, in fact, we couldn't really hear anything in the apartment from the outside until the really loud rain started.

The stairs are steep, you must take your time if you are older. It was clean and worked simply fine for two couples.

Very lucky to get this location since we were held over from our trip by a storm. Spent three nights, very close to the ferry we needed to reach Caye Caulker. Taxi drivers were great.

I got a Jacuzzi room but the hot water wasn't working and when they got it to work it only last like 4 mins which wasn't enough to fill the tub. So it was a cold Jacuzzi.

Easy checkin and a very nice room. Very Clean. At the first the TV, refrigerator and hot water didn't work, so they brought me a new fridge and adjusted the water heater.

Required to do dishes before leaving but was not provided a dish rag/sponge/scrubber or anything and no dish soap. No kettle or coffee maker. Electricity went out in morning and when it came back on the water pump stopped and the front office people were unaware, it took several hours to get water back. Tv did not have instructions-could never get bedroom tv to work.

Comfortable couch and bed. Good tv. Washer and dryer.

Not enough pots to cook a meal,please put a spray for ants,this is the second time I'm staying in two different rooms and both had a lot of ants.

Room was spacious, not enough towels and washcloth for the duration of my stay,no room service. Had a nice kitchen but not enough pots to cook in. The kitchen needs to be equipped

Got everything. Some chancel on the TV in the living room doesn’t work. TV in the master bedroom doesn’t work at all(no signal). It’s great that they have washing machine and drying machine, really saved us from our super long trip. But the drying machine is a little tricky cause u cannot really tell which bottoms are for what.

Sliding door had no lock or even a latch. Several windows had no way to lock.

Belize city Airbnb Nice place at one time but it’s obvious they haven’t really cared for a while It’s not like I’m looking for perfection but  the main door is a flimsy easily kicked in lock with the strike plate missing. Windows missing locks , sliding door simply has no latch mechanism at all let alone a lock. There wasn’t even a piece of wood to stop the sliding door mechanism. Tried finding something- anything! To lock the sliding door but nothing I could find would do it. Broken screen - could barely get onto the balcony. The basic feeling of safety isn’t here for leaving your things to go out even. If you’re a female solo traveler just know you’ll be in a place that can be broken into in seconds.  There’s so many places surrounding the place with guard dogs- it’s an obviously theft prone area. Room safes would be a nice touch because if it looks like a hotel and talks like a hotel…Tried texting the lady about the washing machine that’s outside our door and no response. I’d advise keeping all communication on Airbnb vs the suggested what’s app number if you want responses. There was another guy here looking at the washing machine outside the door and I realized the whole complex is airbnbs so it’s a business. Both tvs didn’t work and many lightbulbs burned out didn’t really bother me- it just the safety issue really. Lost an earbud and they reached out when they found it which was nice. The place has potential as a quick stop in Belize and with a tiny bit of effort they could actually make it nice..

Location in right in between the airport and the Belize water taxi but there’s nothing much to do nor see in the neighborhood, perfect for a layover before taking the plane

Location was a bit iffy in the night. Apt requires some improvement - floor tile, sofa, closet with some hangers.

The microwave did not work. The oven did not work. Half of the burners did not work. The fry pan had a broken handle. If I wanted to fix more the the most basic of meals this kitchen would not have worked.

Lots.of space. Good light. Easy checkin and out clean. Could fix light meals.
