We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

TurkeyLocation is quite far from the City. Even to get a cab was difficult. Rooms had spider webs on the ceilings, just clean on the floor area. Quite many mosquitoes.
Price effective considering the high prices in Belize City. Beds were comfortable. AC was ok. Bathroom was clean and convenient. Can take the bus in front to get to the City. Has parking space for customers. Has water dispenser in the kitchen in reception area.

New ZealandVery lacklustre dated room, light bulbs not working, Staff on the front desk seemed to have a poor and unhelpful attitude. Disinterested in helping us with storing our bags or giving directions. Told us they would book a taxi for the next day and failed to do so. Downstairs smelled a bit musty and damp.
It had beds and a shower. They let us put our food in the fridge and use the kitchen.

United StatesIt started at check in.after a very long day of travel and medical test we arrived to check in only to find they were having trouble with their cc machine. They were totally UNRESPONSIVE in any other means but paying them cash! After 10-15 minutes of arguing we finally paid them almost all the cash we had.bed was like sleeping on concrete, no cups or glasses in room. No instructions in room on TV remote ( we had to call the desk),

NetherlandsThe worst service in an hotel we've experienced. Upon check in the lady at the front desk wanted to charge us the wrong price, which was 200 Belize dollar higher than the confirmed amount by Booking.com, which we could show proof of. When we asked her to explain, she said it was commission, which should not be charged to the guest. All she said beside this is that it's the price the manager writes down, so we asked to speak to the manager, then all she had to say was that the manager is not there and busy. This cannot be called service. All of a sudden she did manage to call the manager and the manager confirmed we had the correct amount. We received no apology. When we asked for an invoice she couldn't give it to us, as only the manager can do this, the same unavailable person. All in all would definitely not recommend staying in this hotel. Service is incredibly bad.
