Twice as expensive as another place I stayed very nearby with similar room setup a week earlier (I wanted to compare options). Maybe not direct fault of the property, but i stayed on the ground floor and there were some very noisy guests on the floor above me running around and sounded like throwing things around (??). A friend who stayed here last year said the same thing happened to him (he stayed on the ground floor too). Thankfully they were quieter at night but it was a bit frustrating when I wanted to take a nap earlier in the day.

Good location near lots of businesses, comfortable room with good bed and a/c. Owner let me check in early. Has contact info for recommended taxi, as well as recommended restaurants. Contacted taxi for me for early airport pickup next day. Highly appreciated.

Everything we needed for a short stay and the staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Right in the village and short walk to the pier as well. Definitely would recommend!

Bed was a little soft for us but otherwise the apartment has everything you!

Perfect spot right off the Main Street for everything you need - restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, diving shop, pier, lagoon beach etc all just minutes walk. Tucked away in beautiful grounds so also very peaceful & quiet. Free bikes were great for moving around the peninsula. Owners very friendly.

Wonderful well cared for grounds and buildings. The staff was very friendly and helpful. While it is not right on the beach, it is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Placencia. And I have stayed in 6 different hotels here.

You may have had it, but did not see it, but it would have been useful to have a water tap to wash off the sand so as to not take so much sand into the rooms and shower!

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Placencia Villas. The staff was very friendly and check-in was very efficient. The location of the villas was perfect, as it was within a short walk to the beach as well as to lots of local restaurants and activities. We felt very safe and cocooned in our own little world, while staying at the villas. The rooms were very clean and provided a beach towel too which was great. A lovely welcome book was available which helped to learn about the current activities and restaurants in the area.

I arrived before 5 for check-in, but the office was already closed. I called and texted the number provided and didn't get a response for 2 hours. It was raining :(

Came for work and have stayed before. The room is cozy and close to many amenities in Placencia town. Wifi is good.

Location was a little difficult to find based on the instructions provided, but once found everything was great

Clean and well stocked rooms close to the beach and all the bars in downtown Placencia. Also walking distance to the Hokey Pokey boat to independence. The owner was really welcoming and helpful. Good value

Close to the beach (but not on it). Close to many good restaurants. Very lovely, calm oasis. Loved the kitchenette in the villa, and enjoyed the hammocks.

Bathroom was clean but could just use a little coat of paint to make it feel more tidier and a bit more modern.

Placencia Villas is in a great location - just a few hundred metres from the beach and the pier. There's a really nice communal courtyard with hammocks and deck chairs too. Staff were very helpful and friendly too.

Nothing. I wish I could have stayed longer. I will be back and Placencia Village is my first choice for accomadations.

I really liked that eI was right in the middle of Placencia village and never sensed any boundary between our apartment and the rest of the Village. The apartments are set back from the street with a building in front of us so you didn't get any pedestrian traffic. The apartments surround a very nice courtyard that attracted all kinds of birds. All the apartments were occupied but it was still very quiet. It is a short walk to the beach, the restaurants and the shops.

We liked it. Would have enjoyed some cleaning service during our stay. They did come do our trash and towels when we requested it though.

We stayed here with our college kids and their friends. Location was excellent, close to everything for all age groups. Rooms are simple but have everything one needs. The property is very pleasant. Cabins are under the trees and have little veranda with chairs or a hammock. Rooms were well equipped with beach towels, coffee maker, microwave, stove and fridge. Air conditioning worked well and kept us cool. Very close walk to the beach.

Wonderful stay! The Villas are located within walking distance of everything we wanted to do, and the room was really comfortable - AC, shower, bed, WiFi, parking all made for a great experience. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in the heart of Placencia! Enjoyed walking right out to the beach for sunrise.
