Very cute hotel and rooms with exceptionally friendly Staff Very good Breakfast with some basic options and daily changing specials They provide free bikes, which is very helpfull - with a bike you can reach basically every destination on the island in like 5 minutes

On weekends it can be a bit loud from the Bar at the Split that is very close

Breakfasts were DELICIOUS! And in such a lovely location up high on a deck built around a banyan tree. Location was perfect too—a couple minute walk from everything, including a nice private dock with shaded seating, next to a sandy little swimming beach. (Only downside to the location is if you happen to be trying to sleep on a full moon night, when a nearby bar holds a late night loud party…not the hotel’s fault though, and other than that it was a very peaceful location). We were in the “Bird of Paradise” apartment, which had a perfect little pool—very clean and nicely maintained. REALLY peaceful, shaded patio seating next to the pool. The apartment itself was super clean, and thoughtfully and carefully appointed. Simple, tasteful, clean, everything worked, comfortable beds, nice living room…I can’t say enough. The staff was what really made it special though. There was always a genuine smile, helpful tips, and caring service. They also hooked us up with some personal connections for our boating/snorkeling/fishing day trip.

    Delicious breakfast. Quaint accommodations.

A few of the family owned staff could have been friendlier. We go out of our way to acknowledge that we are guests at someone else’s property so we do not make this comment lightly.

Very Friendly staff. Tasty breakfast. Nearby pier to swim.

Close to the small ferries that operate basically all the time.

Location was great! So was breakfast. Great showers.

It’s very expensive but I suppose the island is in general.

Location! Walking to great places was easy. Dock out back was quiet and perfect for sunning and swimming. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast (which is included) was always delicious. Happy hour drinks were buy one get one free.

While to rooms are nice, the bed comfortable, overall they are small. My husband and I were bumping into one another unless one of us occupied the bed.

Lovely Hotel and staff. Great value!

The hotel is adjacent to a community park on the Split in Caya Caulker, and the music was a bit of an annoyance on Saturday and Sunday evenings! Other than that a beautiful place to stay on Caulker!

Breakfsat was very nice and welcoming

Front desk lady far too aggressive...not even one minute past 11am she had the bags taken out of the room. Very uncalled for. Had returned to the room by 11:15 am after a north island excursion. No attempt was made to call on my phone. Very embarassing to have your bags in the front office. That lady ruined the experience, very uncool and unkind and unecessary.

Iris in the kitchen was the best! I would come back just for her. However, everyone from the front desk to the groundskeeper were friendly and helpful.

The rooms could have been bigger.

Everything was very good from staff to any of the needs one had to address. The bed was comfy. The free breakfast was good put is more of a set menu day to day. Lots of eggs. The upper roof patio was very pleasant to eat and drink. The view was limited.

Everything was very good except the weekends across the road is the the huge Split parking lot along with the bar and food place. The problem is the loudness of the music from the Sip and Dip restaurant and the carnival that was set up Friday to Sunday(seasonal) . Friday night it did not stop until 1am. Saturday night in addition to the carnival there was a DJ event. That did not end until 2:30am! Now add the Caye Caulker all night roosters, also known as dogs barking at any hour or moment they choose. So if you looking for quiet evenings stay further on the side end.

Location (away from noise/bustle) of centre, but everything easy access. Free bikes. Room was excellent. Well equipped kitchen. Laundry service really handy. Breakfast options good. Roof terrace a nice feature. Private dock, amazing sunsets. Friendly staff, nothing too much trouble.

Lack of private outside space. REALLY squeaky bed! Bathroom and kitchen area cleaned daily, but would have been nice for whole apartment to have a clean. Shame the roof terrace was never used in the evenings (at least during our week).
