The property is quite far from anything and you do need to book on tours to do things (which is impossible when you are single and have to pay for two people)

They didn't have the room that I booked available. What the provided was nice but I was looking forward to the hot tub & not having to go up & down steps with my knee hurting. Took a while to get the food.

The staff was wonderful! The grounds were beautiful!! The food at the restaurant was great. Though it took a while to get the food at the restaurant, you could tell it was all being made fresh.

No wardrobe to hang clothes. Had to carry bags up stairs. Check in hard to find. Only 1 iron and hair dryer for the whole hotel. Property has seen better days

Breakfast was included with the cost of the room but was very basic so we paid for a better breakfast American and Belizean but this was expensive 12 and14 usd. Probably we would have found cheaper places outside.

The rooms were a letdown for the cost - they were a bit worn and lacking amenities that could enhance comfort (ex bedside lamp, something in the shower to put soap / shampoo on, more then 1 sleeping pillow). Lacked cozy, elevated vibes.

The kitchen and serving staff were fabulous, the pool was great, and it was lovely to be ocean-side. Great place to soak up some sunrays! A good spot for Belize City.

The place doesn't look polished like a high end resort and there is a dirt road final entrance. But it is well worth it with very comfortable rooms and a PERFECT location to relax. Even the pool was calming.

Great view platform to have a drink and enjoy the ocean view. Staff was very helpful. The small restaurant had excellent food and always available to grab a beer. Recommend the river cruise. It is on their pontoon boat and just a relaxing trip up and back and ending by sitting out in the water watching the sunset.

Staff in the office was unfriendly and gave us a bad time when we asked about the shuttle service (saying we had talked to the wrong person). When we asked for coffee in the morning, we were told we couldn't get it until we sat for breakfast. The server argued with us about how many people we said we had (She brought out an extra plate of food.).

We stayed at this property twice (coming and going to Belize). The facilities and amenities were nice, but staff was not the friendliest.

The restaurant is over priced and took over an hour to get our food from. I also struggled with knowing what I was booking as the type of room seemed to be called something different on all the various websites. They do have a bunch of cabins close to the water but we were staying on the floor level of two complexes. It just meant there was not a lot of natural light.

We stayed here for one night before flying back home. The location is amazing for access to the city and airport but it is not in the city. My husband loved kayaking but saw Crocs every time to be aware. The pool facilities were better than expected.

When I did my booking it included breakfast. When we went for breakfast in the morning I showed the waitress my Booking documents which showed breakfast was included. She stated that breakfast was not included. I went to the management and asked about it. Staffer at front desk stated that there was a mistake by Booking.com and that breakfast was no longer included in Cabin price. We had a bit of discussion over it and I left the desk area. Going back to the restaurant I let my group know that the resort would not anti up for the breakfast even though it was part of the package. The head cook came out to our table and stated that "he" was sorry for the misunderstanding and if we paid $10 BZD he would give us eggs, toast and fruit for the four of us. We were very surprised when we received our meal. It was one of the best breakfasts we had in our vacation. We gave a big tip.

Good location as it was close to the airport. We only stayed for one night as we were flying back to Toronto the next day. Cabin was clean, bed was comfortable. Oceanfront beach was nice. Great pool area. Overall property was was clean and looked like the maintenance was well looked after. Saw BBQ by the pool area and would have liked to use it if we stayed longer. Food at the restaurant was really good and well valued for the money. I will stay here again

Beds are a little uncomfortable and it’s a place to relax, because there’s nothing around there.

Very laid back and pool is nice. Friendly folks, Mushroom the pug is super cute. Food is great! Breakfast is extra great!!

We stayed one night since we had an early flight to catch the next morning. The hotel is 10 minutes from the international airport. Their restaurant was very good, room large enough to accommodate our family, coordinated transport to the airport for us.
