Nice hotel by the shore

Cozy atmosphere. The rooms and bathrooms are good size. Staff members were outstanding and would go out of their way to assist us. The pool is a decent size. The bar and restaurant is excellent!! We were there for 4 nights and ate there for lunch twice and dinner twice. The restaurant is good enough that it’s wise to book your evening reservations as vacationers from other hotels come there to eat. Also, there are two grocery stores within a five minute walk, as well as bars, pubs, and restaurants are within walking distance. The small airport is literally just across the street. However you don’t notice or hear the small planes taking off and landing. This is not a wild party place. Highly recommend.

There isn’t much of a beach. We really liked everything else.

Pool could have been a little warmer

We liked that it was right in the town of San Pedro. Very close to great restaurants and cute shops. Once we walked through the doors, you would never know that the town was right behind you.

Very clean with super customer service. Pool was cold and refreshing. Nice beds. Very big shower. The Blue Water Grill was the best restaurant. Great location in the heart of downtown with Tropic Air across the seat.

Unable to swim in the sea.

Overall, the hotel was good and well-located right on the beachfront. However, the beach itself was not really usable, which was a letdown. The service and staff were very good, and they were attentive and friendly throughout the stay. Unfortunately, the food at the hotel restaurant was quite disappointing. Additionally, the lounging area lacked sufficient shade, and it was unfortunate that there were no optional umbrellas available for guests. This made it difficult to enjoy the outdoor space comfortably.

The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of San pedro and the airport, yet is quiet. The rooms are spacious and comfy. Breakfast is at the blue water grill at extra cost, but theres a good selection and is good. The place comes alive in the evening with drinks, music and themed menus. The reception team are very attentive and helpful. The pool are while small is very welcome, good for relaxing in the heat of the day.

We loved the location, room size, staff. Blue water grill was delicious. Every meal was fantastic & the drinks were great!

We didn’t like there were no beach chairs by the beach & that you can’t swim in the ocean in front of hotel.

The location was perfect for us as we flew in on Tropic and could easily walk everywhere that we wanted to go. We enjoyed the on property restaurant for amazing food and drinks.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about this property.
