Great location, clean facility, and the most amazing staff. Tula is the best she had everything organized for us transportation, excursions. Jiggy took us out fishing and prepared the catch at the hotel after, full service! Can’t forget a shout out to the friendliest bartenders Raymond and Gabby and security guard Hilberto. This hotel truly has the best team. We will be back!!!

Everything was perfect! From the very beginning the hotel staff were helpful and super accommodating. I felt safe being that I was a female solo traveler was that is important. It was close to a lot of night life. The room was cute and comfortable. TV came with Netflix and other stuff if that matters. Staff were very friendly just like most of the people in the city. The restaurant across the pier tasted great and fresh. The golf cart recommendation was top notch.

Room was right in front of pool so had to close curtains for privacy. Not a big deal though as pool area was never crowded.

Beautiful hotel right in front of the ocean. Cute bar, pool & relaxation area right in front of the poolside room. Arrived earlier than designated check-in time & room was ready which was appreciated. Comfortable bed & room very clean. Free coffee every morning by the pool. Bar man was fun & gave good advice e.g. eat at Sandy Toes restaurant which is a short walk along the beach with great Mexican food. Good street parking next to the hotel for our buggy rental. The hotel is the north side of town so easy drive to Secret Beach. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was amazing. No complaints!

Our stay at Ocean Tide was excellent! The beds were super comfy and the bathroom was very nice. The hotel was centrally located to many bars and restaurants in the area, so we were able to walk every where. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel to people looking for a comfortable place to stay. 😊

Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ray. We were concerned about the loud music based on other reviews but we were not able to hear it from our room which was next to the pool. The staff kept the volume down. It was nice to have a pool to cool down. Room was very clean.

Ocean Tide was absolutely perfect! The beds were so comfortable, it’s the best sleep I’d had in two months of travel. The room has clearly been recently updated and had great AC and a nice TV. The shower had really good pressure and there was always hot water. They have a dehumidifier in the bathroom which is a nice touch - I haven’t seen it before and it made sure there was no musty smell (which I’ve become accustomed to in other humid places). The bar is great and there’s music in the evening, it always stops at a reasonable hour though - great if you’ve been out snorkelling all day and need an early night! The hotel is in a great location, close to some great bars and easy walking distance from town. There are quite a few supermarkets nearby as well, and a couple of great bakeries :) The info book from the hotel has some great recommendations I would 100% recommend staying here!

I suppose if I had to choose something it would be the pickup and drop off times for the hotel to take you to the ferry they don't start till 9am and end at 5pm. Other than that, everything was great

This place was the perfect spot on the water! The room was just like the photos and the beds were comfy. The room was a bit humid but that is just Belize. They did have a dehumidifier in the room to help with this. Its a local hangout spot which was nice to hang with the locals at the pool bar. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The location was right on the water and a 10 min walk to the "main town area" but also a nice walk along the beach to tons of bars and restaurants as well.

Great boutique resort and great location. The staff was very accommodating...they were very helpful with answering all of my questions before and during my stay. They picked me up and dropped me off at the airport. They gave me great recommendations for restaurants, entertainment, transportation, places to see while on the Caye. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely come back again.
