The staff was SO kind and friendly!!! The resort was very safe, clean and comfortable. The perfect combination of luxury and nature. Definitely would recommend to anyone traveling to San Pedro!

No on site restaurant. There were no accessible outlets by the nightstands, so we had to charge our phones/watches across the room. The rooms could also use some luggage stands to put your suitcase on.

Xanadu is a paradise of its own. We stayed one night at a hotel next door before our four night stay, and couldn't believe the difference when we checked in at Xanadu. The staff is wonderfully accommodating, and the property is a dream come true. The pool area is stunning, with a bar area, plenty of lounge room for guests, and a view of the beachfront. We had not planned to rent a golf cart but found that it was a more convenient option than trying to taxi everywhere. The staff made helpful recommendations and confirmed dinner reservations for us each night, which we highly appreciated. Shout out to Winston at the bar, who makes amazing cocktails and turned us onto the chicken drop bingo event. The two bedroom villa we rented was located upstairs, with a lovely view of the property and a nice outdoor area to hang out. The nature of the Xanadu-inspired architecture makes for some interesting design elements - both bedrooms were located up a tight spiral staircase which was a bit tricky to go up and down, but staff helped us bring our suitcases up. The rooms had interesting layouts due to the strange contours in the buildings, but they were still functional and very comfortable.

Kitchen tools (pots/pans/knives) were a bit subpar, but they quickly replaced the items that we complained about. Other than that, our stay was perfect! No complaints.

The staff were excellent. The place was beautiful and relaxing, very quiet. Far enough away from the hubbub of San Pedro, but close enough to easily make the trip into town for eating and entertainment.

The 3 bed apartment we ordered was too small for 6 adults. 2 of the rooms are very small. Good for family with children. We did not have any other opportunity via Booking. We were ask about changing the rooms, an upgrade. They told us is not possible because all is fully booked. We wanted to change during the stay in larger apartment for an extra charge , but wasn't possible...

Locality, the hotel and pool area, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Possibility to delivery of food was also perfectly organised. Airport transfer excellent.

Put a railing by the hot tub for us old people can get in and out!

The property grounds are situated in a lush tropical garden surrounded by tall palms and plants that provide natural shade as you walk around the property. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and will help make your vacation the best it can be. The on site bar and friendly bartender is great and makes some amazing drinks.

There is no a real beach in front of the property. Water was not as clear as Caribbean beaches usually are.

Be aware that you may end up walking up a tight circular stairway to get to your bedroom in some suites, and that could be an issue for some. Also, bugs are an issue everywhere on the island but a cockroach in your bed isn't what you want, and they don't spray for bugs (again, to be fair most don't) so we got bit quite a bit by sand flies.

The property was great. It provided good value relative to other options, has a nice pool and hot tub, and the wonderful ladies at the desk helped you do anything you want to do.

We loved everything!

Beautifully landscaped and pool and room was fantastic. The staff could not have been more friendly and attentive. We absolutely loved everything about this resort. We definitely plan to return! Also it’s within walking distance from where we boarded the dive boat…. Making it super convenient.

Loved the suite we got. It had all we needed and more. Kayak, Sup, snorkling, club car, great internet, full kitchen up to the small detail it's all there no extra pay needed. Had best weekend in a long trip.

If we could stay forever!

Staff are exceptional and the property is heavenly. It is unique and a once in a lifetime experience. From the water taxi pickup all the way to the water taxi drop off, the staff are exceptional, kind and accommodating. We were visiting for our anniversary and they even placed a box of chocolates in our room to celebrate. The property owners have done a fantastic job of incorporating the aesthetics of nature into a luxurious property and location. The only downside of writing this review is it may let this best kept secret out! Thanks again to everyone at the property for our fantastic stay and your unBelizeable kindness. xo

Absolutely nothing.

Amazing, peaceful setting on edge of San Pedro. Beautiful pool area and jacuzzi overlooking Caribbean. Spacious, well-equipped apartment with all essential amenities including complimentary coffee and tea. The Resort can organise a host of excursions including to the mainland. Snorkelling trips often start from the Resort jetty and it is possible to hire all necessary kit. Plenty of food options within walking distance. Overall, a perfect stay.
