About as expected, good price compared to others, good location, need a bigger & better mattress

For the price expected a MUCH better mattress. This was a "honeymoon suite" & only a queen bed with a poor mattress that promoted "one-ness" by collapsing into the middle! :) I have kids in their 20's & have purchased three "quality" hybrid mattresses from warehouse stores for Full, Queen & King frames for $399-$499 & for the price charged would have expected a better mattress! The exterior needs work & smells of smoke (but the room was good). Charged for parking but not too exorbitant (compared to parking around the area & charged less than none hotel customers).

The price was good ONLY in comparison to prices at the other options. The owners are obviously trying to "upgrade" the hotel & the hotel room is clean & good. Location is good for walking to many of the nearby attractions or short drive. Parking is on site. NIce, big Jacuzzi tub in the room. Normal, expected hotel amenities -- free wifi, flat screen tv

I was told when I checked in that I would be charged $10 for parking but after sweet talking the check in hostess she "waived" that. There were some people who appeared to live at the hotel but I was told they didn't. Maybe they were the "parking security". I was on a motorcycle and I put a trash bag over one of my packs that I left on the bike. When I got up the next morning the trash bag had the drawings pulled right and tied into knots. The wind was blowing so maybe someone thought they were doing me a favor by cinching the drawings down to keep the bag from blowing off. Either way it's dangerous to touch someone's motorcycle!

Good location tucked away near all the big corporate hotels and restaurants. Close enough to walk to the Falls if you're relatively healthy and can walk steep hills coming back. Rooms are much nicer than the outside of the hotel presents. And I was "upgraded" to the hot tub suite!

Rooms are not up to health code standards. We found black mold in the AC unit and in the bathroom window. There’s a weird smell to the rooms. The heater looks like it could possibly cause a fire if left on too long and unattended. Can’t get extra towels and they aren’t big enough to shower with. Cable goes in and out AND I got bedbug bites all over me so they definitely have a bedbug problem. We even brought our own sheets.

The short distance it was from the convention centre and falls view casino. Decent food places near by. Quiet. Cheap all day parking.

It’s not clean. There’s no cold water from the bathroom sink, and the faucet is broken. When I told the staff, she said she knew it. Also, the drawer of the cabinet is fallen down. The staff also knew it before we check in. The corridor is messy.

Outlets in kitchen area didn't work (had to unplug microwave to charge phones). Floors looked clean but feet were black after walking around without shoes. No coffee maker in rooms. Kitchen didn't have a single utensil, pots, oven mitts or anything to use the kitchen or stove. Stove didn't have a working interior light to see the items. Their were dogs barking all night long making it difficult to sleep.

Large room, parked right in front of the room. Larger fridge Close to the attractions $10 parking with well lit lot.

If you are used to US motels, lower your expectations. Room seemed clean but old and lacking amenities. I had a small (dorm size) fridge/freezer, microwave, stove/oven and a kitchen sink in the room. No cooking or dining utensils whatsoever (no plates, no silverware, no napkins, no paper towels, no salt/pepper, no oil, no toaster, no coffee maker). Several plastic cups were provided. One tiny soap and two small towels (not body size) provided. I had to ask for shampoo and more soap. No body wash available. Their direct website is clearly outdated. It mentions free parking (not!) and coffee maker (not!). Parking is 10 CAD per night if paid in cash. I was asked to pay 34 CAD for three nights if I paid by credit card. I was told I could pay the same amount in USD if I wanted (not adjusted for currency, as if exchange rate were 1:1). If I were going back, I would probably pay more and stay in a better rated facility in hopes of more comfort.

Easy to find Good location, about 15 min walk to Skylon Tower, convenient for watching the nightly illumination over Horseshoe Falls and the fireworks Several eateries nearby, including national chains and small diners Nice inn keepers
