Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It was much nicer than we expected for the cost. The room was huge and it was 5 minutes from the centre of town. I didn't try the pool and sauna but it looked very nice.

Location is very central and it's easy walking around the village from the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub are nice to have on a hot summer day.

CanadaIt would be good to have a bed side table on both sides of the bed. Parking was expensive but I can see why, due to the location. The sofa in the seating area was comfortable but some cushions would have made it better. There was no tea, and limited coffee. I didn't find that the brew bags made very good coffee. The deck outside the bedroom was nice, but not very pretty.
All of these were fine. Room was nice size. Staff were great. Valet parket was helpful. I liked that we could open the door to the deck outside the room and get fresh air.

CanadaThe housekeeping was below average. Bed not made before last night. Floor not vacuumed before or during our stay. In this Superior King Room there was only one house coat and only one mug. We asked for second items which were delivered promptly.
The location and comfort were very good. Surprisingly it was a very quiet stay. no noise at night.
