Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesAlthough the hotel has two elevators, only one works, which was a little annoying. We used the stairs, instead of waiting for the elevator.
Excellent location. The studio was pleasant, clean and provided sufficient amenities for cooking and dining. The balcony was spacious.

AustraliaWe highly recommend that you avoid this room/hotel. Despite paying $300 per night, we were extremely disappointed with the quality of the room. The room's main bed was broken, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom fan was also broken, and every time we used the shower, the apartment would become fogged. When we reported these issues to the front desk, we were told they could not arrange for someone to fix the problems for a few days. It is unacceptable to pay such a high price and receive such a low-quality experience. We were not offered any compensation or an alternative room. Therefore, we strongly advise against staying in this hotel or the room we stayed in. Don't let your hard-earned money go to waste on a subpar hotel experience. Choose a hotel that values its customers and provides a comfortable stay.

great location - a few minutes walk to the supermarket. Less than 100 metres to the bus stop (free shuttle bus to the Gondola). Very well equiped kitchenette
