Air conditioning unit was noisy and blew warm air onto the small balcony seating area, which was a little uncomfortable. Balcony furniture could be better quality and more comfortable/sturdy.

Room was very quirky and cosy, with nice decorative touches and all the essentials you need in the kitchen area. Nice to have a balcony area overlooking Main Street with mountain views. Car parking very convenient. Excellent location putting the whole town of Whistler within easy walking distance.

The parking spots are super tight if you pay for parking in their underground garage. If you have to park next to a car, it's harder to park in the spot within the lines.

The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, but the restaurant next door, Lorette Brasserie has a fantastic breakfast menu. Highly recommend. Our room was comfortable and clean. They have a nice record collection if you love listening to music. It's very central to Whistler Village which makes it very convenient for all activities.

Walls were a little thin, could hear the next door suite using the bathroom.

The vibe of the room was super cozy and contemporary. Loved the design overall.

The staff was, in my opinion, indifferent towards us. They didn’t even say hi to us when we entered the building. And the hot tube was always busy…

There were no proper shades so the room was very very bright.

The pool was perfect and well maintained. The room was adorably decorated. The reception was friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We could not get the coffee maker to work but that did not worry us too much. Provision of tea spoons and egg cups would be useful additions for the apartment

The apartment was excellent and was located close to everything. It was well equipped and although quite small it had most things that we needed for our three night stay. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean when we arrived

The parking was challenging for a big vehicle, a hot tub was a draw, but was not available while we were there.

The black on black tiles on the 2 steps down to the bed made it difficult to see at times and I did stumble down them twice forgetting they were there.

The room was beautiful and a great location. The little balcony was nice to sit outdoors and enjoy our morning coffee. The record player and records were a pleasant surprise.

Bed was clapped out. Patio door and back window don't shut/seal properly so you get tons of noise from the street or people outside being loud - all night. Little table on the deck is about to collapse. Shower drains super slowly so you're just standing in an ankle deep puddle. Shower head is forehead height, which kinda ruins the point of a rain shower.

Really nicely decorated. Great location.
