-No light blanket. 1 comforter isn't enough option. Are they expecting us to run the AC? The room temp was perfect but a thick comforter was the only option. Plus, we were two friends sharing a king bed and wanted our own blankets. There wasn't anything available to accommodate us except 2 king sheets. The front desk tried to help but were unable to with the options they're given. -Need smaller pillows available for stomach sleepers.

Great location. Comfy bed except lacking blankets & usable pillow. Many amenities. Pool/hot tub, coffee, kitchenette, balcony,

Location, size of apartment and cooking/eating facilities provided were excellent. Warm outdoor pool with hot spa pool were great for a cool day. Laundry room used too.

The only issue was that the heater seemed to always stay on even when we tried turning it off so we felt very warm.

Great location, quiet end of the village compared to the central spots by the night clubs so you can enjoy a good nights sleep.

The underground parking lot was poorly designed, with too little space allowed for comfortable vehicle parking. There were but inches between doors, and mirrors had to be retracted to park safely. Parking should not be a 10-15 minute ordeal just getting into the space.

The facility was clean; staff were polite but reserved. Checkout was simple. The hot tub was a welcome asset. The building was very conveniently located to all attractions.

    nothing!

room was great and comfortable. was nice having a kitchen especially with a family (easy for breakfasts and dinners instead of eating out all the time). easy to use communal washer and dryer (downstairs at a cost). the hotel was close to everything in the village at just a short walk to the base of the mountains to hop into gondolas if you're off skiing for the day. also close to the central bus loop drop off.

Paint was peeling on the bathroom ceiling. This isn’t a hotel; so carting out our own garbage and the rules made it more like an AirBnB. Paid parking on site seemed ridiculous and just another unneeded expense.

Overall quiet location was quiet, had a kitchen, fireplace, king size bed.

Needs a few dollars spent on maintenance. Our bed was exceedingly high, while clean enough some dust build up was evident in the bathroom which was probably more an issue with the cleaning staff.

Easy to find, obliged with slightly earlier check in, staff very helpful and stored luggage pre check in and after we checked out.

One room had open plan lounge/bedroom which lacked privacy.

Great location right in the heart of Whistler. We spent Christmas Eve and Day here with the family (eight of us across two rooms) and it was perfect for that. Facilities were good, everyone used the hot tub and it was certainly warm.

Parking situation a little difficult to adapt and parking lots rather narrow. But never mind, this is a rather unimportant point.

Parking space with charging is limited for Electric Vehicles, you may want to leave your car in one of the Park Lots, there are slow 6kW charging with J-1772 plugs. It is obviously a non-issue with regular gasoline cars, an underground parking is available with a park meter.

The room was an entire apartment with kitchen, sink, fridge, and all the necessary for daily use. The bed was large and comfortable, linens were comfortable. The apartment is in the city center, right by the market place and the Olympic Plaza.

Overall, Alpenglow is looking a bit tired. I know the building very well and it's starting to show it's age. From down in the car park to the hallways where the individual rooms are located, there are stained carpets and the colours are out dated. It won't be long until Alpenglow needs a complete facelift.

The room was basic but comfortable. We didn't like the wall colours in the unit of lime green which appear an unusual choice? Bed was very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. The deck to the balcony is un-inviting even if we did want to use it. It was dirty and there is nothing about it that would make you want to sit on it. The owner was very communicative and the front desk check-in was easy. Please note that the daily parking fee is $18. We may have read it wrong as we assumed that car parking spaces are allocated to individual owners so when we looked for "Parking" on the Booking.com site as part of the cost, we were somewhat surprised that we had to pay for this.
