I wish the parking lot could be accessed from the hotels main elevator instead of having to walk over to the next door building. I also wish there was outdoor parking right in front of the hotel.

The property was impeccably clean, the decor was stylish and modern. My room did not feel like a hotel room, it was more like an apartment which I loved 😌.

I can’t find button for fan in washroom 😞, In the room smelled a bit dusty after cleaning the room before our arrival, I have a sensitive nose. If possible it would be great to use a vacuum cleaner with a water filter. THANKS

Only concern I had and one which made me give a low rating on cleanliness was that our room smelled. We stayed three nights and asked each day or them to do something but nothing was done.

This hotel is very centrally located within Brossard and within easy reach of downtown Montreal. It is situated within a mall complex, which offers a wide variety of restaurants, shops , as well as entertainment

Nothing, it was all good.

The room was quite large, comfortable and the shower was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful and there is free parking in the garage across the street. I also liked the Nespresso in the room and the tea selection. Fridge was also in the room. Also, the hotel is near lots of shops and restaurants which made it convenient to get food like breakfast in the morning.

WOW, this place was spectacular. The staff were friendly and professional; the facilities were superb and spotless. You have to try the buffet breakfast in the adjoining restaurant, it is well worth it. Could not ask for better!

The room temperature control. It was warm and we could not switch to AC. We had to switch to min heat which was 18. But the room remained above 22 all the night

The Cousins restaurant/Bar was very nice but we had wished the menu had a bit more to offer for dinner options. But even at that, it wasn't really counted as a negative. There were so many other restaurant options avalable in the area!

The room, its amenities, location to shops and restaurants, and convenient parking were all a plus! Staff is very friendly and helpful too! Very nice stay!!

We are not a fan of rain shower heads; it would be nice if hotels would have both options (or mount the hand-held showerhead so it can be high enough to use while standing). Its a bit of a trek to the parking garage for some, but OK considering you're not out in the snow and ice.

Good location with a number of restaurants and other shopping near by for visiting family/work in the Brossard area (not great for downtown Montreal). Clean. Modern. Attached parking garage (good for bad weather). It is possible to eliminate most of the outdoor walk in bad weather for the restaurants and shopping in the attached outdoor mall.
