Lacks charm. Room was rather small.

Location is very convenient to the theatre festival. Hosts are very accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were well-prepared and offered the opportunity to meet other guests.

The rooms were adequate size for light packers, but on the small size for those who bring a lot of luggage, and rooms do have a chair but did not have a workdesk (so I brought a folding one).

Location is close to all three theaters and river and within a 10 min walk of many restaurants. Quality of beds was excellent, which is important to us. One of our rooms had a nice balcony where we sat and talked. Breakfast was wonderful, with lots of fruit and a few Chinese dishes. The hosts are very friendly.It is so good to stay.at a BNB when going to the Stratford Festival so that you can talk about the plays and about theatre.

Breakfast was delicious, fresh plate of fruit, then sticky rice first day, home made muffin second day, scrambled eggs, toast, bacon and sausages. Coffee, juice and water. Location was perfect, walked to all the 3 theaters, walked to downtown Stratford and all our restaurants Hosts were friendly and always available We were able to park before our arrival time so we could make a matinee show

The bathroom was VERY small. We are tall, and the bathroom was a little claustrophobic.

The location was great. We walked to the theaters, restaurants and shops. The owners are very kind, and served us an amazing breakfast daily. We also had a private balcony to relax on which was very nice.

All was good. They had a small kitchen where I was able to get my wake up coffee which i liked. It would have been nice if there was some creamer or artificial sugars there. Or possibly some food bars for evening

The property was cozy and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was excellent, featuring fresh fruit and delicious desserts. Andrew and Biru were incredibly friendly and hospitable, making us feel truly welcome. The place was also very clean and quiet, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.

We enjoyed meeting Andrew and his family, very helpful when our GPS failed, they provided map step by step print out of directions. Breakfast was plentiful, with a taste of their original Chinese cuisine to try.

Parking lot was inaccessible as a result of city road work. this wasn't the B & B's fault, and the B & B went to some good efforts to ensure we had parking available across the street at a neighbour's home. we appreciated this very much.

good breakfast. I liked the rice dish and the fruit dish. It was nice to be seated around a big table with other patrons instead of each patron being alone at their own table. We were able to have a lively and fun conversation with the other guests.
