Only thing I didn’t like was the bed was very squeaky on one side

Very clean, well stocked with everything you could need, including good toilet paper! Lovely bathroom with nice deep tub and a sweet welcome gift. There were things most small places don’t have like bath robes, slippers, house plants and even an umbrella. Breakfast was continental with lots of options and the coffee was great too. I would highly recommend and if I was ever in the area again would book without question.

Everything was outstanding.

Everything was perfect! The location was near downtown but in a neighborhood setting. The room was the best decorated we have ever seen. It felt like home- only better! The owners were very friendly and helpful. The homemade sconces and banana bread at breakfast were delicious. One of our best stays ever!

Easy to find, well maintained and welcoming, clean and quiet. The owners went above expectations anticipating the needs of their customers like providing a shoe horn, umbrella, slippers. Kitchenette was well equipped. The breakfast was excellent with homemade touches.

It’s a distance from any convenience store. So one has to be prepared. Booking.com should update the property’s address as there’s an error trying to locate it online.

We were somewhat disappointed that the buffet breakfast was not offered as we were on off- season with our stay. Understandable ..and they did offer a basket breakfast to the room which was nice to have:) but it would've been nice to have known that info prior to booking. Everything else was lovely!

Location for us was super. The room was very accessible, warm in decor and well- appointed:) The hostesses were wonderful in communication and they accommodated us for a very early checkin which was upon their call of duty!

In the off season, the included breakfast is a basket that must be requested via text before 9pm. We weren't advised in advance and arrived too late to get that service. But we found a place in town called Main Street Cafe that had great breakfast and amazing servers 😀

Check-in was easy and convenient. The room was clean, very comfortable and nicely decorated. There were many amenities provided for the comfort of the guests (slippers, robes, bath products and great coffee!)

We have been staying there for five or six years now while visiting family! We are familiar with the motel and enjoy the areas for walking as well! We were not unhappy with anything!

The scones were delicious, and then to have a poached egg on toast of our choice was tops! Decaf coffee was available and the friendliness of other guests was wonderful! Great stay!

Most private small motels are old and show wear. The Evergreen is completely the opposite. We felt like we were at a place where the owners really care. It felt like home. The owner was right there and treated us like long-time friends. Absolutely we recommend the Evergreen
