the gate needs fixing. It's quite heavy and it doesn't open on it's own. Also, when I first got here there were no signs as to how to open the gate. Fortunately for me, there was help taking my luguage up to the room - quite a hill and it would have been easiser if I didn't have to dodge the sprinklers.

I was a little disappointed - couldn't find stuff to make coffee - but in the end staff came and saved me - we had a laugh about it.

Catering facilities were very limited in a very small lobby to the room. It was the most expensive place we stayed in Canada by some margin. Described as being just outside Ganges but it was up quite rough roads and about 900 ft above the town. (8 km drive)

Amazing views from the deck outside the bedroom. Beautiful gardens around the building and secure parking Lots of snacks provided by our host on our arrival which was very helpful, since the property is some distance from food shops.

A bit out of the way but once you walk into the room and open the drapes to look at the view you forget about the drive to get there. Owner was hospitable rooms were very nice and clean. Would definitely recommend but it is a bit of a drive up gravel road to get there.

The weather! But everything else was great

The house is at the top of a mountain with great views. The weather was pretty bad but that’s not the host’s fault obviously. But we could easily that in good weather in would be fantastic! The host is extremely accommodating.

Long way from local amenities. Access would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The long list of House Rules was a bit daunting pre arrival but in reality didn’t prove to be a problem.

Great tree top location. Individual property and Irena was a lovely lady and very welcoming.

Getting up to the rooms with a walker or a wheelchair would be tough on the gravel.

Absolutely lovely facility. Owner is great, room was perfect. The view is from 300meters above sea level and you can see all the way to Vancouver, spectacular!

The road we drove to the b&b site is not paved. A bit expensive.

The breakfast portion is sufficient. Having breakfast on the patio was an enjoyable experience every morning. The host is very accommodating and responsive.

Just couple creamers/milk in the mini fridge. I wasn’t able to sign the guestbook so a pen attached would have been great.

There were cheese buns,muffins,Jam,bananas,yummy egg salad & yogurt in the room upon arrival.As well a lovely postcard with a cheesecake slice & mini bubbly for our anniversary celebration.

The price was higher than expected Through Booking.com we were quoted 287$/ night for everything but we got charged 360$ it kind of left a sour feeling.

The coffee was not great so we just went out for some. The location was just beautiful and convenient

The washboard dirt road(s) it takes to get to it. A bit of an uphill walk from the parking area to the suite. Not an issue for me, but elderly or anyone with mobility issues would have difficulty. A drip coffee maker would be a nice improvement to the Bodum. For me at least.

Armand Heights is a perfect little getaway house above the trees with a nice skyline view and a peek of Vancouver in the distance. The suite was so clean and cozy, the host was friendly and gave us some great tips, and the light breakfast was a great start to our day. Added bonus of a dog to greet you when you arrive. We look forward to returning for a longer stay in the future.
