We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

The massage chair was such a treat at the end of a sky day! 10am points! Also the use of the fold up cart to use when loading and unloading the car.

CanadaInside the unit was very dated. The couch is broken down and very old. The TV in the living room is incredibly small. Literally the size of a computer monitor. The TV in the bedroom is just for show. It isn’t connected to cable and it is so old you can’t stream to it. Hairdryer wasn’t working and the second bathroom smelled like sewage. We called Vacasa and then “assured” us they would look into it but they just waited it out. Better off booking another unit in this building then 607.
