Nice location. Near the base of Blackcomb mountain. Walking distance to the gondola. A few nice restaurants nearby. We came in the summer so did not ski/snowboard. This location is ideal if you plan to ski/snowboard. The property is nice, the rooms are clean, staff are friendly. The pools are nice and there are a few hot tubs.

The right front stove element was not working properly. We noticed that Whistler and Blackcomb outside of the Aspen are getting really expensive when it comes to activities and food. If the management has any say or feedback in the community I believe it will be a good point to bring up. It's lovely to come and stay, but it's not fun to feel squeezed at every activity and amenities in the city. Examplees: 70$ mini golf in black comb, 16$ a ride for kids activity and 21$ for a subpar breakfast sandwich at portobello Cafe.

Pillow Menu - no soft pillows, dated TV, no sports channel. Lousy (soft) couch. Expensive parking (downtown hotel prices)

Nice pool (outside) and hot tubs....easy walk to Upper Village and good storage for bikes. Have stayed there before in different units and always good. TV needs to be upgraded - no TSN either (tried to watch US Open) Easy check in.

Rooms very hot in 30+°C heat. No AC. Fans provided but just circulated warm air. Parts of room felt a little dated.

Not Mountain Biker friendly at all. The reasoning of not being able to store bikes on the decks for lower units doesn’t make sense. No damage is going to be caused other than what is already caused by natural weather or kids. I can see why this rule is in place for upper level units as the bikes would then have to be brought in through elevators and rooms. But lower level, this is ridiculous. A grill is more of a danger to the entire building!!! Rooms are really outdated.

Provided a hose to wash off my Mountain Bike. Easy check-in. Responded to any questions immediately and communication was constant.

Room was hotter than a sauna. The bed was almost as hard as laying on the ground and the pillows were super high.

We stayed two nights and really enjoyed ourselves. We were a lot closer to the villages than we had thought (you could just follow the path down the mountain next to where the bikers come down). The pool and multiple hot tubs were nice. Our room was very well equipped for cooking our meals. Lots of towels, etc. We were very pleased with our stay.

The ONLY downside was that the king bed mattress was extremely soft. Some might like that, but it was awful for my husbands bad back. Our kids slept on the fold out couch and that mattress was also uncomfortable - fairly thin and could feel the springs.

We loved the room and the property. Great location. Clean. Had everything we needed. Only draw back was the mattresses.

Location to the pool. There was a lot of children screaming right up to 10:00pm. We don’t have kids, so this was annoying to us. If a person had kids…probably not an issue.

Kitchen and cooking utensils were very basic - (e.g small drinking glasses and cups, metal spatula was the only option to use with a non-stick coated small fry pan), 2 sliding closet doors and exterior screen door need maintenance. Interior of main living space is tired, some furniture choices and placement were awkward (e.g. dressers too big and in the way; tv too small and in a weird place on the wall). Having to remove the screens to open and close the windows is bad design. We were only there for a short stay but it would have been quite frustrating for a longer stay of a week or so.

Great location, good size rooms, comfortable beds. Property easy to access.

All good other than there was quite a bit of maintenance going on, noise in the mornings and the back gate and hot tub area inaccessible some of the time.

Great location for Blackcomb gondola, good size space and comfortable beds.
