Great location. There are a lot of amenities packed into the room. I particularly appreciated the array of fruits on the table when I walked in and the french press with free coffee and cream. Xavier the owner was really welcoming and provided good recommendations on what to do in the area.

We had a clean and well looking appartment. The kitchen worked well and there was nothing we missed. The polite and fast answering host offered us many tasty fruits and was helpful even though we didn't meet him.

It was so charming and comfortable. The Bella Verde room had such character, was so cozy. Fruit, coffee, tea, condiments and milk was all provided by the host. Every imaginable appliance was available (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, toaster oven and French press), even cutlery and dishes. Xavier, the host, was super friendly, accommodating and always available for questions. The property was within walking distance of many different restaurants, cafes, bars, and public transit was also within walking distance. Found the area to be very quiet, no disturbances in the evenings from street noise or neighbours. Would definitely stay there again.

A wonderful place to stay. So much love for details. Amazing. The communication was easy and efficient. Everything you could need is provided. Parking in the area is a bit complicated. Be prepared to walk a bit.

The room and the furniture was super cozy and the rooms very well equipped (kitchen, bathroom and living room). The host was friendly (english and french) and gave us recommendations for restaurants and things nearby. Parking around the area is mostly free (at the weekend and during the night), but there is a private parking (10$ a night) as well. The old town and most of the touristic attractions are in walking distance.

The bed could have been sturdier; it was fine for me, but would have been questionable if a second person shared the bed with me. I would also warn anyone over 6 feet tall to be careful in the stairways as there are some spots where I hit my head at 6’4”

Loved the design of the individual suite; there was a kitchenette with sitting space, a bedroom area and a small but usable bathroom. The common areas were nice and there were modern laundry machines. The location is a 25min walk from the convention center, with over half of it being uphill.

The room was very quaint and well themed. Fresh fruit was in our room on arrival, and our host Xavier was very helpful and a great communicator. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was immaculately clean. There is a lovely porch to sit on, and a nice common room to relax in. Highly recommended!

Every little detail had been thought of from a coffee maker to a hair dryer. The location was excellent and the space was very cozy and cute. From towels to soap to the comforter, it was adorned with high quality accessories! The owner was kind and hospitable, even installing an AC very quickly to keep us cool on an unseasonably warm day.

We had an excellent stay! To be nitpicky, there's a bit of street noise, but it's totally bearable. The host is thoughtful enough to provide earplugs if it bothers you.

The room is really nicely decorated and has way more than your typical hotel room. In the little kitchen area, you've got a fridge, micro-oven, oven, kettle, tea, coffee, and plates. The shower room is stocked with shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, earplugs, and towels. Plus, there's a handy small office space that you can separate with a curtain if you need to get some work done. A pleasant surprise was a plate of assorted fruits welcoming us. Xavier and Sofia are super friendly. Xavier was cool about changing our dates, and Sofia welcomed us and gave clear directions on how to get from the street to the parking space. Overall, a great experience!

Flat was very clean, and facilities were great. The room has aircon and a fan, and the bathroom is very spacious with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Beautifully presented  and gracious host. perfect interior, modern design and lots of comfort. It was a perfect location and perfect place to stay for one week. Very close to cafes and supermarket and easy walk to tourist attractions.

We missed reading lights.

The host allocated us a room at ground level to accommodate my husband and his walking stick, and allowed us to park beside the room. It was nicely decorated with a well equipped kitchen, bathroom and washer/drier. The TV had Netflix etc. There was even a welcome bowl of fruit with a small supermarket close by. I walked to the old town in around 20-30 mins and an area with microbrewery and good pubs is not far away. Highly recommended!

Everything about the stay was fantastic - right from the suite to the location to the experience in the city. The host Xavier was so cordial and helpful during our entire stay. He's created a complete guide of things to do, and places to visit along with the best restaurants to try your hands on. I would strongly recommend staying here.
