The older woman with the grey hair at the front desk during the day was incredibly rude. We had a long early drive and arrived too early for checkin but figured we would ask anyway if the room was ready or if we could get an estimate of when it would be ready. She made a point to loudly say that I booked on booking.com. She announced it to the whole lobby I guess it bothered her I used this site? If a hotel partners with a third party booking site those customers should be treated with the same respect as any other paying customer. I paid around $1000 for my stay and was made to feel like less than because I used this website to book. Meanwhile, does the front desk reception have any stake in how a room is booked? I doubt she earns more or less based on how I book. When asked for an estimate of when the room would be ready, she shrugged and clearly annoyed said I don’t know, maybe between 12 and 4. I have stayed here before and was treated much differently in the past, I was even offered to use the facilities while I waited for my room. I understand showing up early there is no guarantee of your room being ready. But she was so rude and flippant really for no reason. Your front desk should be inviting and kind, not annoyed and rude. The other day staff and evening staff were incredibly friendly and nice.

This was minor but there was no place to store folded clothes in this room and hangers were few. I have stayed there in rooms that had better shelving. (I could have requested more hangers..)

We have been to this hotel on and off the years since it opened. It has never disappointed us throughout the years. I appreciate its style and Quebec ambiance. The rooms are very comfortable, modern, clean, and the location is great for outdoor activities. Staff are very helpful. The restaurants on site offer a delicious meal and again, the service was exceptional.

Not a big deal, but the room could do it more hooks for towels. There is only one small hook behind the bathroom door and of course a towel bar, but if you come in from swimming or sauna, you have nowhere to put wet towels. Would be nice to be able to be able reutilize them.

Beautiful property. Indoor and outdoor swimming concept in winter , is a nice concept. Outdoor sauna next to pool. Two wonderful restaurants, 1 burger bistro , the other a little more upscale but good pricing.Location facing ski hill. 12 minutes away from Magog. Rooms are very clean, Nespresso machine, small fridge and microwave. Our room had a bath and shower. This was not our first time at this property and we will be returning again..

No amenities in the bathroom. Not enough towel for the number of adults, cover not warm enough for the rollaway bed and the sofa bed. The guests were cold the first night which is unacceptable.

A lovely hotel in a stunning location at the foot of Mt Orford, we have stayed at Espace 4 Saisons many times. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and there are two delightful restaurants to choose from. The hotel is close to Mt Orford National Park as well as the bustling town of Magog on the shores of Lake Memphremagog - something for everyone.

Everything is onsite (restaurant, pool, spa/beauty salon) which is really convenient you don’t have to leave the hotel. The bistro serves good portion with tasty food and great service and breakfast buffet was really good. Our room was comfy, quiet and clean.

Parking spaces are a bit narrow.

Our Loft Room had a full kitchen, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. And even a washer and dryer. Lots of room to store our clothing. Magog is a great town to visit.

I wasn’t a fan of the RDJ level where our room was, that’s where the hotel laundry is as well as other machineries and they keep the doors wide opened.

Nice location close to Mount Orford park and a short drive to Magog and other towns. The hotel has some nice amenities.

What i didn't like The exhaust fan in my room bathroom is not working it gets so foggy after taking my shower.

I like the location, accessible to parks for hiking like the mont orford national parks and about 40mins drive to Coaticock if you would like to visit the coaticock laitterie for their delicious ice cream. and to experience The Furesta Lumina. The hotel is clean,nice terrace with the amazing views of the mountains, beautiful decor,I love the nespresso coffee in my room😊

Rooms could have been cleaned earlier in day (first day wasn't made up until after 4 pm) and a bit better (would have been nice to have the toilet wiped down daily).

I didn't particulary like having to drag out lounge chairs by the pool - however it was the first really beautiful day this spring so I hope that would not happen again.

Love this hotel! My favourite part is the comfort of the beds and bedding!! It is a beautiful place, however the pool area could use a little freshening up; maye because we're just getting out of winter and they haven't had the chance yet. I went there for the first time last August and I've been back with different people four times since then. I love this place!! :)

minimal maid service during our second day there; insufficient coffee pods; perhaps the worst was that the hotel served no food at all on Sunday (usually also on Saturdays after noon). And one needed to travel a few miles to find other places to eat.

The rooms were not well appointed for cooking or preparing a take away lunch- not a decent cutting knife in the drawer. The Nespresso coffee was rationed and as big coffee drinkers, we had to keep asking for more pods ( not keen on this pod waste and would rather have had an alternative like a drip coffee or French press. Also, composting does not seem to be done- too bad! No decent sized mats inside the door meant we were tracking in too much dirt - the room could have used a carpet - couch/sofa bed was pretty worn looking. Liked the hot tub/pool. Found the games room a bit lacking. Not a very appealing space.

We were able to park indoors- this was great! The breakfast buffet was very good - a great selection and I loved the fact that you had plain yogurt in its natural glory- hard to find in breakfast buffets! The restaurant was pricey but the food was excellent and a wonderful experience. It was nice to have the choice of contests with the Burger Pub.
