We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaThis is a quaint little inn tucked away in a quiet location. If you want a relaxing stay you can't go wrong. There is no TV channels but decent wifi. But for me this was good. Nico is a pleasant man. He made sure I arrived safe. Excellent breakfast and conversation. Room was clean and comfortable

Peaceful and secluded yet a central location to all amenities. Quiet rooms and super comfortable beds. Nico’s breakfasts were absolutely delicious and offered a nice variety. The hot tub was such a nice treat after a day of skiing.

CanadaA very unique property with every corner of the house designed with a different theme. Our king suite was designed as an Amazon jungle and it was beautiful with a cute fire place in the room. The king size bed was very comfortable to sleep on. The additional room with TV and a couch was very adequate. The bathroom was marine themed and very clean. 4-5 kms drive to Mt Tremblant resort. Nico makes some delicious pancakes and it is a must try

CanadaThe location was excellent...a quiet home in the woods... with beautiful murals and whimsical art. Only minutes away from St. Jovite, where we had a delicious evening meal. Breakfast at Gîte Crystal Inn the following morning was also delicious and we enjoyed the company of our host Nico! It was a short drive to Mont Tremblant village and ski resort. We'll be back.
