Must do something about breakfast A simple buffet breakfast with some healthy option would be better than the packeted (and expensive) offering available. The hotel does not have proper restaurant - so it’s rather order in or go find something to eat in the near by village - you will need your car.

Food quality is like cafeteria style, it's quick, taste good enough and let us go back to our activities quickly.

Location. Spacious room. Allow to bring our bicycles with us in the room for safety. Pool and sauna is such a good way to relax. Great view from the pool side.

For the mobile accessibility my husband needed the only complaint would be carpet in the room. It was a little hard for him to move around with the wheels on his walker

The hotel is little far from the activities of tremblant. The hotel suffers from the lack of decent restaurant. The breakfast is expensive and consists of microwaved items. They really should lay out a simple buffet as they do in even simple hotels. Try to get a room on the top floor at Esther end of the hotel as the rooms can be noisey. I.e. kids running about in the room above - hearing the next door shower. Other than these items a good hotel which is improving in service.

When we returned from our activity, our kitchenette sink had backlogged. When trying to call reception, there was repeatedly no answer, and we were told the phones no longer work. Inconveniently needed to head back to the lobby .to be changed room to a smaller room for the same price. When we were dissatisfied with the smaller room, they attempted to change us once again to again a smaller room. At that point, there was no point for dissagreament. We were tired and wanted to relax, so we settled with the outcome. Not once did the reception clerk offer to come see or get out from the desk for some personal customer care.

The pool had quite a bit of scum/ dead bugs so could benefit from more regularly cleaning.

The sauna was very nice and it was hot. The restaurant food was good. I was traveling by bicycle on the Petit train du nord and was thankful that they allowed me to keep my bike in my room and sold breakfast food.

The breakfast consisting mainly of microwaved items could definitely be improved. A car is needed at this location as it is a bit of a drive to the activities. The rooms can be noisy as the hotel does not seem to have the best sound proofing.

Hotel is on a main road so you can sometimes hear big trucks coming by, TV was not connected to WiFi in any way so no way of watching Netflix or Youtube, only local TV was available.

The hotel was conveniently located, the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Sauna and outdoor pool had a great view. Breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced.

An early check in option or ability to leave bags would have been nice. The gym didn't have much tonaork with.
