A little noisy due to the area but nothing within the property owners control! The bed also wasn’t incredibly comfortable but still fair given the price.

It’s in a pretty good location given Edmonton’s track record. Friendly owner and easy checkin! Huge bathroom and pretty significant kitchen given the size of the condo.

The price was advertised as $60 a night, which very quickly became $107 in the end with additional fees. I was contacted the day of my stay to pay a $300 deposit and submit pictures of our identities, and while I know these things are typical, it was frustrating to receive these requests the day I was to check in when I had booked the unit several days prior. We also did not receive instructions on how to enter the building, which unit it was, or how to gain entry into the unit itself. Even after phoning, I was told the instructions would be "right there," with no further guidance. After messaging the owners on the app, I received instructions that involved under-accessible methods of entering the property. We were also not made aware of additional instructions that were within the unit that provided essential information as to our parking arrangements. Finally, the pullout bed is hard and the two pillows provided were very flat and uncomfortable. My recommendations to the owners of this unit would be to: - List the nightly price that includes the cleaning fee (or reduce it for one night stays, my goodness) - Make requests for a deposit and identification well before check in day - Use a lockbox on the door handle to store keys safely - Send instructions on how to access the property before asked - Include information on further instructions that are inside the unit in your instructions sent via the app

The location is very convenient and has access to function and beauty. It is ideal if you are on an extended trip and need use of a kitchen. Even though the nightly price listed is misleading, it was still a relatively affordable, central option for our needs.

Very unpleasant stay. It's not a Hotel but an appartment, so noone to welcome you, you're on your own. Also, after you booked they ask you to provide 100$ more and an ID. They will not let you in before you send them that information, that was not asked in the first place, they don't care if it's -20°C outside. You have no idea you are talking to on the phone, the woman was even laughing because I was struggling opening the main door of the building with more than 3 codes to remember. Finally after almost 45 min by -20 °C, I could enter the building, only after I paid the extra 100$ and gave my id (which I wasn't confortable giving since you usually don't need one). They do that so that they can charge you afterwards. The queen size bed is actually a bumpy mattress laid on a couch, the most funny is that they call it a "Queen Size bed Luxe" (see photo). The sheets had a strong smell of perfume or some chemical frangrance that made it hard to breath. There is more, No possibility to lock the door from inside, only a code, the fridge was buzzing with 45db in the room (see photo) making it impossible to sleep even with custom earplugs. I had to unplug the fridge... No possiblity to open the windows to give the room a breathe. I am opening a complaint to booking but don't think it will succeed.

I didn’t get to stay here. It’s apparently an Air b and b property which I do not stay at. False advertising and after paying I was unable to access my room! I had to book alternate accomodation quickly once finding out this was not what I booked and being unable to access it or get help at the time. Don’t book this one!! I’m now out of pocket for the cost of the place also.

The labeling of the Loading Zone is confusing because there are two Loading Zones.

I was able to get checked in later than I wanted because my Air Canada flight was cancelled and I had to do a reschedule of my flights. I appreciate that the staff member worked with me to get checked in at about 8PM.
