S107 has window that faces onto parking area, so a pickup trucks headlights are 1.5 m away, and right in your face. Very likely an issue for a few units. A lot of money to sleep, so hard to call it good value, even if it is a big step up from older motels.

Really clean, modern and new. Bed very good and kitchen very well equipped. Bathroom excellent. Right downtown, which we liked, so easy to walk to food and drink and downtown events. Parking good and handy, though may not be equal to number of units. Not sure. Our unit was on gound floor, with door and window onto street. Not an issue for us.

The only negative was the view from the windows, the area was a little run down, but this didn’t distract from the fact that it was close to town with all the restaurants and bars.

You can access the street and go to the restaurants and pubs but you can't lock the door as there is a keyed deadbolt and you don't have the key, unlike the back main access door which has a digital keypad. You have to walk around the building instead, making the other door somewhat useless. The TV is quite confusing to use but once you figure it out it's ok, no sportsnet to watch a jays game.

Great location, had a full kitchen , can make your own coffee. Get an email with the unit number and door code and you just move right in

Nothing - this is the best rental we have ever had.

Superb modern apartment with excellent facilities. Spacious and quiet with parking included (under cover) in the centre of Revelstoke, so walking distance to cafes, shops and restaurants. The beds were extremely comfortable and the TV (4K) was a bonus to relax with a film after long hikes. The AC was easy to control to our liking and each window had a mosquito net, which was needed at this time of year.

The second bedroom was very “compact “ ie there was barely room to move. Only one bedside lamp made it difficult for two people.

The location was perfect, right downtown. The suite was lovely and bright with plenty of room for 4 adults.

Didn’t receive check in details so with no staff on site a bit of a pain to sort. Once I spoke to staff on phone they were however very helpful .

The first day we arrived all electical outlets of the main room and the 2nd bedroom were not working. They have to make sure that everything is working for evey guest. For suggestions: maybe they can put garbage/trash bins in the parking lot or near the parking lot. They have a room for garbage and recycle but it was close.

The property was conveniently located in downtown Revelstoke wherein restaurants and shopping centers are just walking distances. The property was clean and well maintained and the suites were quite big and comfortable for 8 people (got the 3 bedroom suite). We like it very much because suites have their own living room and kitchen has all the appliances with utensils where we can cook our own food.

This newly built duplex appartment is located in a two-storey building in the immediate vicinity of many excellent restaurants. The rooms are a bit small but each has its own bathroom and the beds are great. The kitchen/livingroom above is absolutely lovery. We could have lived there...
