A bunch of coffee was spilled in front of the breakfast buffet in the AM. Another guest told the front desk, and the person working there just shrugged and did nothing. I was surprised at the unprofessional behavior by the staff!

Undisclosed manditory facility fee of $15.95 per day for parking and breakfast. The breakfast provided did not meet the demand of the amount of people that were there for it. We waited an hour for food to be placed out for people and then people didnt respect the lines and would just run up and grab everything they wanted before others could. Then it would take another hour for the food to be replaced. It was really bad so we left.

Its a well kept older hotel. The location and lake view are amazing. Facilities are okay for the price. Well kept pool area.

Great view. Staff allowed an wheelchair accesble room (only access, not other accesibility in this case, although that was fine for us. They also let our small dog stay with us despite the room not usually available as pet friendly.

I really disliked the part, when we booked the place last minute because we needed somewhere to rest. Initial price was $105 US dollars, when I booked on booking.com the price went up to $128, which is ok we were aware of the fees and taxes. We arrived at the hotel the price comes out to $140 something usd. The jump of 40 dollars is crazy for a hotel in the middle of nowhere, but taxes and fees yes. When we asked what is this extra fee, they said parking and breakfast. I think it’s weird and sketchy that the prices were different, even though booking said that will be the final price. Anyways this hotel is not worth the 140 usd, but maybe they’re charging for the view.

I didn't like the fact I booked a king bed suite with a soaker tub on Booking.com, and they didn't have the room when I arrived. On the Ramada end, they received a queen bed suite, and that's what got for the same price as the king suite with the soaker tub. Not even a sorry or anything.

I liked the hotel. I liked the views from my room and I like the views from the restaurant and lobby.

The furnishings were spartan, and the free breakfast was lacking (no coffee - but once brought to their attention it was rectified; there’s also a Tim Hortons a 2 minute drive away). Other than that it was good and we would stay again.

Great location near Beamsville wine country and right by a marina on Lake Ontario. We had a pretty view of the lake and the gorgeous sunset. The bed was very comfortable and room was spacious.

Very expensive for what you get. Room was muggy/damp smelling even with the AC running the whole time during a heat wave, flies everywhere, breakfast was extremely lacking, old bathrooms.

Clean, view was nice from room, close to the winery wedding venue we were guests at, hangers/closet available, easy access to/from the highway and parking onsite

Was a little afraid bc of some of the reviews but happy we tried it! The hotel is renovated which means a little bit of old mixed in with new. It was very clean, staff very accommodating, great views and no concerns about getting food, Doordash delivered to us there. Each room has a balcony and great water view!

The hot water was an issue and took nearly 25 minutes of constant running water prior to taking a shower.
