CanadaOne suggestion for improvement: during breakfast, it would be great to ensure that food is consistently available. When we arrived, we had to ask for eggs and bread, and ended up waiting about 15 minutes for the eggs to be ready. Making sure items are restocked throughout breakfast time would really enhance the guest experience.
The hotel was very clean and in a perfect location — we were able to walk to all the main attractions in town. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better.

United KingdomAfter initially thinking the location was poor, we realised we could walk into town in 10/15 minutes and the choice of food outlets, albeit chains, around the hotel, were plentiful. The small burrito takeaway five minutes from the hotel was a very pleasant surprise as far as food quality was concerned. And you could buy a beer!

CanadaThe motel was tired, walls needed fixing up, baseboards needed attention and drapes need cleaning. Grouting in the bathroom could use a good scrubbing and the grouting around the toilet needs attention.
Convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Because the TV in the reserved room was not functioning properly, the staff kindly upgraded us to the jacuzzi room (larger). The breakfast was standard fare and fresh.
