Staff were excellent particularly Indian ladies at reception.Room was good. Restaurant in the hotel was 3rd party owned. It is Mediterranean food and thus different to what one considers tradional. Good however! It was typical of a number of the groups hotels I have stayed in and met all their standards. Indians on reception were special!

Many of the TV chanels were not working. it was disappointing not to be able to see some of the sport games. Also several of the front staff spoke limited english and it was very difficult to understand them.

Our room was on the ground floor and during the night there was a loud altercation with a few people and it disturbed our night. I think they have just one person at the front desk at any time because we waited ~30mins before checking in.

Very over priced for what it is. $220/night for a Best Western that is really nothing special. Rooms are no different than a Super 8 and my bed was pretty uncomfortable to boot.

At least a few Level 2 EV chargers would be. great benefit for patrons. The room wasn't cheap, so it would've been nice if breakfast was included.

The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well (important at the height of summer!) The location was convenient, being within walking distance of several restaurants.

We were disappointed by the in-room coffeemaker: it was one of the older ones that is drip-style and uses pre-bagged coffee. It didn't work well, only producing half a cup of coffee even though we filled the reservoir to the fill line, and the coffee tasted really, really bad. We also were disappointed that there was no direct plug-in for our USB phone charging cords, only regular plugs that require a charging cord and cube. Our ground floor room was a bit noisy at night and during early morning hours as sound seemed to echo down the hallway; I would recommend bringing earplugs if you aren't a very deep sleeper.

The location is fairly central and right on the main strip, so it's not far at all to the nearest mall, lots of restaurants and even downtown. We find the mattresses and pillows comfortable and the TV was fairly new which was nice. Everything was clean, as well, which is always important. Two rolls of toilet paper and a thick bath mat towel to place on the floor in the bathroom was nice, and the water pressure was pretty good also.
