Very over priced for what it is. $220/night for a Best Western that is really nothing special. Rooms are no different than a Super 8 and my bed was pretty uncomfortable to boot.

At least a few Level 2 EV chargers would be. great benefit for patrons. The room wasn't cheap, so it would've been nice if breakfast was included.

The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well (important at the height of summer!) The location was convenient, being within walking distance of several restaurants.

We were disappointed by the in-room coffeemaker: it was one of the older ones that is drip-style and uses pre-bagged coffee. It didn't work well, only producing half a cup of coffee even though we filled the reservoir to the fill line, and the coffee tasted really, really bad. We also were disappointed that there was no direct plug-in for our USB phone charging cords, only regular plugs that require a charging cord and cube. Our ground floor room was a bit noisy at night and during early morning hours as sound seemed to echo down the hallway; I would recommend bringing earplugs if you aren't a very deep sleeper.

The location is fairly central and right on the main strip, so it's not far at all to the nearest mall, lots of restaurants and even downtown. We find the mattresses and pillows comfortable and the TV was fairly new which was nice. Everything was clean, as well, which is always important. Two rolls of toilet paper and a thick bath mat towel to place on the floor in the bathroom was nice, and the water pressure was pretty good also.

Next time I will request a room not right by all the amenities, the arcade machines weren't working and the pool did look like it could use a clean, needed maybe an extra garbage can by the mirror because if someone is in the bathroom you have to use the one by the beds.

Really wish there was a better link to the airport from downtown Cranbrooke we almost got stranded at the airport at 2:00 am but for the good graces of a local cab driver who was making loops back to pick up people- not good! Also lack of a breakfast for the price of the room was very disappointing.

Room was comfortable after a long journey. Staff was very helpful and congenital when we were so late checking in.

We were disappointed that there wasn't a hot tub at the pool. Breakfast was not included, however, the Caribbean food restaurant on site smelled delicious (we did not eat there though as it was outside our budget.)

Only stayed one night on a road trip through. The one bedroom suite was spacious and having the kitchenette was nice to have. We were close to restaurants to order take out (east side marios) and the pool with slide was fun for our 11 year old. Beds were sufficiently comfortable and 2 bathrooms in the suite was nice to have as well

I'm very disappointed that my 17 year old daughter had to sleep on a broken pull out bed. I was really hoping the hotel would offer a discount when I brought this up. My young adults said the pool was really dirty and did not go in.

We loved almost everything about the kitchenette suite. The size was wonderful for 5 people. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was so nice.

Bathroom was very small and lacked a bathmat and tub mat. The room was an hour late for check in time. Our room was charged twice on our credit card (trainee at the desk) and the hotel clerk said she couldn’t correct it, directed me to phone the credit card provider which had a 3 hour wait time. Finally got it resolved on our own after 2 phone calls.

Breakfast was a packaged muffin made in California full of preservatives and mostly sugar. Juice box was good.

I found the bed and pillows a bit uncomfortable. Had to pay for the first night anyway. It was a legitimate reason but because we had booked through booking.com and not directly through the hotel. Paid for two rooms- one in Jasper and the reservation in Cranbrook on July 19th. Was an expensive evening.

Had car trouble in Jasper. Unable to make it for July 19th reservation but got them to keep my reservation for other 2 nights. The staff managed to get us another night stay. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.
