The only thing - and I'm really searching for something negative - is the shower door that forces you to get a blast of cold water when reaching way in to turn the water on.

Great hotel with fantastic customer service. The best stay of our week-long vacation in Alberta. Super comfy bed and nice room layout. And a very good breakfast included with a lovely setting. 10+

Breakfast is sufficient but we do wish they had a toast option.

Our family absolutely loves coming here. The staff are amazing, the beds are comfortable and the pool is the best way to end the night.

Good little grab and go breakfast, If you like softer pillows they have them at the front desk or bring your own.

The pillows are for back sleepers, so make sure to get the pillows available at the front desk. Your neck and shoulder will thank you.

Best place in sundre, nice little continental breakfast very friendly staff.

There were zero dislikes. Great pool and hot tub, both of which were super-clean. Room was great, staff was super. I really enjoyed the stay, despite being an urban person!

Breakfast was subpar, apparently still suffering from COVID-type rules, etc.. After the first morning we went out - plenty of choices - Tim's and A&W and McDonalds, plus sit-down cafes.

Breakfast wasn't to my liking but I'm sure there's something there for others.

The rooms were spotless with a comfortable bed. You could go to the front desk and ask for a soft pillow if that is your preference. Super quiet but I understand it's busier during golf season. Friendly staff.

It was difficult to turn the water on in the shower without getting wet...

The room was very spacious and generally comfortable. The bed was excellent. The staff was kind to allow me a very late check out.

The swimming pool was too cold for me to stay in or go past my waist. Everything else was great.

The room was great with a lot of space and a great chair/ottoman/lamp set up in the corner. The hot tub and pool were just as advertised. The free breakfast had multiple choices.

Complimentary light snacks and beverages was great-although I’d like to see some reusable cups to take to my room instead of disposable.

Our room was a two queen room and it was bigger than expected. We could when comfortably fit more than just the two of us. Very clean and very quiet. The pool and hot tub were a good temperature for my son and I to hang out in for awhile. Not too cold like some hotel pools! I would definitely recommend staying here again.

Very clean room, comfortable bed and very friendly staff. They were extremely responsive when I got ill and even gave me some coinage so I could do laundry.

There was only a cold breakfast. Could have added a toaster but otherwise it was great.

Right on the highway, easy to find, easy to park. Modern, up to date facilities. Clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool was well stocked and nice. Breakfast was good.

I think they need to lower the chlorine levels in the pool, the smell was quite strong but we still enjoyed the hot tub

I found a bug in the water reservoir of my coffee machine in my room, and the hair dryer did not work.

Beautiful building, convenient location, spacious and stylish room! The bed was comfortable, lighting in the room was perfect, and everything was clean and tidy. Staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, especially Kim - she provided a lovely check-in experience and was so helpful and kind answering any questions I had!

As someone who has to be gluten free, the breakfast that was included didn’t offer a lot for me. In addition, no else in my party wanted to eat the cold breakfast.

This hotel was modern and clean, the pool was refreshing and the staff was friendly.

The breakfast was a little weak. It was not terrible but lacked some choices.

The hotel was tidy with good amenities. The front desk personnel were very friendly and provided good service.

Out suite was a lot smaller than our friends suite next door, and we paid the same amount. The front desk staff told us its a structural related issue however I don't know why the rooms cost the same. Also the breakfast was not great.
