The pillows weren’t very comfortable

New & modern, spacious, comfortable bed. The front end staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had a medical appointment at 7:30 am and couldn’t eat beforehand. I spoke to the woman in the breakfast area, Helen, and she was wonderful! She said even if I came back after 9 when breakfast service ended, she would make sure I had something to eat. Besides providing a great breakfast, she made sure to give me a number of gluten free options!! I have only had that option at 1 other hotel!! I appreciate if so much since she went above and beyond!! And she was very friendly and kind!! Blessings to you Helen!!!!

I was missing a trash can in the kitchen room. Number 219.

I've been working at a hotel myself for years. And I know how it should be. I'll say I really liked it, very clean. I'd like more variety for breakfast, but we liked waffles and very delicious jam. There is a place near the hotel to entertain the children. Adults can also have fun there in the evening.

The staff were so friendly we felt like we were being welcomed home. The breakfast was great. The pool and the gym were both very clean and well cared for. The electric car charging station was easy to access. The room was large and comfortable

On the main floor, could hear the upstairs room walking around all evening as there is no carpet in rooms. Would want top floor in future. Pool empty of people, waterslide not working, too cold to swim was disappointed with that as a pool is a reason we choose a hotel

Located right off the highway. Next to an entertainment centre that looks great for families. Breakfast is really good. Hotel appears clean.

The soundproofing leaves a little to be desired. It’s possible to hear a bit of road noise from outside, and any noise or talking in the hallway is pretty loud in the room. It’s not awful, but it was noticeable. Price-wise this location is usually great, but if you’re booking on a busy weekend, do that well in advance as they greatly increase rates on busy weekends.

Best Western Plus Winkler is an exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and modern hotel! Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s in a good location with easy access to Winkler and the surrounding area. Lots of parking is available. Fantastic access to nearby entertainment (the hotel is across the parking lot from VB’s entertainment with bowling, mini golf, and more). There is a nice a Mr. Mike’s restaurant down the street, as well as a gas station with a Burger King if you’re looking for a fast food meal. The included breakfast buffet was wonderful, lots of variety. Free wifi is included, and they also gave us complimentary water bottles in the mini fridge. The kids in our group loved the pool!

The rooms were very clean and breakfast was nicer than most hotels. The waffle maker blew my kids minds. The pool and hot tub were nice too

The staff was really nice and really friendly! I went with my friends, and we all felt really comfortable and at home. Everything was clean and the experience was really good. The pool was pretty great. Breakfast was yummy and the serving staff were so sweet and helpful 🥹 The hotel is super accommodating and the staff will go out of their way to help you. The girlies and I had a great time 🫶

I wish breakfast was served until 10:00 instead of 9:30 as I just missed it.

The basic coffee machine was beeping constantly, however you could have had the nicer one on for the guests as compensation while waiting for someone to service the broken machine

It would be nice to have a lounge for evenings. We did go to another place but we would have preferred to stay in the hotel. The breakfast was sub par. Not a fan.
