The hotel is showing a little wear & tear in certain places throughout the hotel. In our hotel room bathroom, the toilet paper holder was almost torn out of the wall. The place overall was clean just needs some care

Room could have more space because I was with my kids and 2 kids and 2 adults could have used more space but when I asked for a free upgrade I did not get that

Our first room was smoked in. And the second room the fridge made so much noise along with the A/C in the window that I struggled to fall asleep. Kids slept great. Another thing I didn’t love was how fragranced the room was; it could choke you out.

The front desk was very good at his job. He was checking in four large family ahead of myself but made sure to greet me and let me know he will be with me shortly. I did an online check in so once I got to the desk things went quickly. I recieved my keys but the room my family was originally checked into was smoked in so when I went back to the desk he attended to me first and apologized (a lot) and switched our room. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Extra pillows as requested were also ready and waiting for us. The shower had great pressure and the large shampoo and conditioner and body wash was a nice bonus for a family of 4 travelling through. Breakfast was as I would expect and the reason we picked this hotel.

The balcony room had no balcony furniture! Not even a chair. That could be improved.

This property is pretty aged and in need of some updates and repairs. It is not your typical Days Inn...most of which are new and modern. This property was previously a different hotel, and was bought and converted into Days Inn by parent company Wyndham. Hopefully they invest some capital into it, as it is decent hotel. Just requires some TLC to be brought up to normal Wyndham standards

Comfortable bed, clean room, covered parking area was nice added value. The free/included breakfast every morning was good as well (fruits, muffins, yogurt, hash browns, sausage etc) was also another good added value.

I needed a quiet place to rest after a busy weekend of activities while on vacation, and this hotel checked it for me. Breakfast was good, Hotel is dated but very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room, with access to the street like a motel, one part of the hotel is made like a motel, there is no information about this anywhere, so if we arrived in winter, we would freeze, and so in general everything is fine. And even now, when I fill out a review, I look like a photo of the room, supposedly this is the room where we were, but this is not the case, we were in another ))

We were quite satisfied with everything and will stay there again for sure.

Wonderful front desk staff! We had an issue with the shower and they upgraded us to a king size suite. In the meantime, the maintenance man was there and fixed the problem in 5 minutes. We chose to not move to the upgraded room but were very impressed with the work they all went to so that we were comfortable.

The room was terribly out of date and far too dark. An upgrade to these suites is desperately needed. Also, and I mentioned this checking out, you need to install more grab bars in the bathrooms; there was none in the toilet area, and it was difficult for a 75 year old man like me to actually get up from the unit. We're an aging population, and it's time you recognized that fact.

The front desk staff were excellent. The breakfast offered good choices, but the "hot" food was not hot.

There was a very nice breakfast provided and it started at 6am which I appreciated. The desk clerk was very helpful. They had parking that was under a roof. There was a lounge attached which had good food.

I liked parking under a roof. The attached restaurant was good and a nice bonus. Shannon at front desk was exceptional. It was agreat location for our needs.
