Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A short person would almost fall off the toilet to reach the toilet paper No tea in the room. The cutlery in the breakfast room being metal would be 100% improvement Should probably have a bar on the tub wall for security

Location, tucked in behind a Tim Hortons and a gas station. Breakfast was O.K. But served on paper plates and plastic cutlery. Obviously a cost cutting measure but not impressive for the guests.
Usual clean standard expected from Best Western.

Needs updating, pretty run down. Shower head was not working well and the plug for the tub didn’t work.

1) They charge $30 to do an earlier check-in. 2) They didn't have my reservation, not sure if it is a Booking problem 3) the bedroom was dirty, with someone's hair in the bed, the toilet was dirty, and the shower wasn't working, so we had to change bedrooms 4) the mattress was super uncomfortable, too soft 5) the tv had one channel and wasn't working well 6) the breakfast area is way too small, not enough seating available

Room very clean, lots of towels, Jacuzzi is excellent, Staff are very helpful and friendly, the front desk gave us forks and knives, Taxi is readily available. Restaurants are only a few minutes walk from hotel

Room 201 faces Tim Hortons drive thru. Constantly heard vehicle noise. One of the beds had a poor mattress.
Breakfast was fine. Ample parking. Friendly desk staff.

Did not see any cleaning staff not one person which seemed odd. Seemed a little expensive . Saw other air b and b for $25 less per night with more room and in centre of town.
Staff at the front desk was great. Room was comfortable and breakfast was good (maybe add bagels to the breakfast).

There was some construction outside the hotel but it wasn't a bother, just mildly annoying. Didn't have any particular issues but it was only a one night stay.
Continental breakfast, simple but effective. Lots of options, and there was someone there to help out with things like the waffle maker. Room was clean, very standard but good. Good location, lots of parking. Esso station outside too.

8 minutes drive to Highland Games. Clean , comfortable room and bathroom. Breakfast good with scrambled eggs, bacon, potato wedges, toast, coffee (brewed one cup at a time). Other options were vanilla coffee and hot chocolate. Staff nice.

The room was not especially clean. There were what appeared to be coccoons in the corner of the wall near the door. The bathroom tissue was almost out of reach from the toilet (I have long arms and am relatively agile - a shorter person or one with balance problems could have risked a fall trying to get bathroom tissue). The shower felt unsafe to my friend - she did not see the shower mat under the sink.
The breakfast attendanat was courteous and helpful. She was able to provide a gluten free option for bread but there was not a designated toaster to toast it. The menu selection was pretty standard - the eggs were lovely as was the bacon. The potatoes were dreadful
