The motel is very well reachable and has sufficient parking space. We wanted to stay in the upper floor and could do so upon arriving. The receptionist was very friendly and check in as well as check out was easy.

We weren't pleased with our neighbors (noise) but for a night it didn't bother us that much.

You get what you anticipate wehen booking a motel: Easy and quick check in and out, short ways to your car, old furniture, directly to the sea

The beds made heavy noise every time you moved just slightly and also pretty soft

Traditional old. Motel, well maintained, and nice and clean. Right on the coast road.

Road was a bit noisy, but slept well.

The guy running the front desk was very friendly and easy going! It was nice being right on the ocean too.

I wish there was a pool!

The staff was very friendly and let us check in early (about 1:30 pm) The beds were quite comfortable, and the bedding smelled freshly laundered (something I have never experienced before in a hitel/motel stay) Given the age of the building, everything was cleaner and in better condition than I would have expected.

The bath towels provided were tiny and thin, and my socks got dirty from walking around on the laminate floor, so it obviously could have been cleaner.

There were no breakfast (or did I miss it?) and the room was very clean, just perfect for my stay, I have problems with walking so the very nice woman at the desk got me a room on the main floor right away. It is very quiet, very nice place to stay.

The bedding and towels were clean. The room was in need of a good paint job and the floors needed washing. I do not believe we had maid service as the bed remained unmade, nor the room tidied during our two night stay.

Clean, lots of space in the room. Directly across a beautiful beach with a long walkway where you can walk for hours. The room was equipped with a coffee maker, small fridge and microwave. It was quite hot in Campbell River and the portable air conditioner did a good job of making the room comfortable when I could run it.

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, but each room is setup with a chair and ashtray directly outside the room. The smell of cigarette smoke and weed came in my room via the air conditioner intake and when I ran the bathroom fan. Even though it was quite hot, I had to turn both off to avoid the smoke.

Friendly staff, simple good motel. Reasonably priced.

Wifi barely works. We stayed twice, the second time there was still a sandwich left in the microwave and the coffee pot wasn't clean. Otherwise the room was clean.

Great location, view of water, close to walkway, restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean and the staff were friendly.

The pillows could be better, found them pretty uncomfortable.
