The gym is in need of an upgrade. Disappointing for a luxury hotel.

There was a preacher on the corner preaching with a megaphone. Was too loud, but not the hotel's fault!

The hotel is absolutely excellent and in an excellent location. The staff are lovely and professional. Some of the restaurant staff can be a bit unfriendly.

This is not the property fault I did not like every night outside the window there was a group singing every night and it use to keep me up

Great location for exploring. The square can be a little load at night and weekends and you will hear it if your room faces that direction but then again you're on the square and close things. The bar is great. They go out of their way to help you and the bar tenders remember your drink preferences.

There were two problems with the hotel, firstly the breakfast, which had a restaurant-like menu, and finally we didn't understand why the price announced was different from the price inside the restaurant. Second, regarding the parking, which we couldn't access easily.

The location was excellent with great access to attractions and restaurants. The room and amenities were very clean and the staff was friendly.

There were missing components in our room like cups for coffee and the coffee and tea themselves. We found that the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were shy in our room as its understood one takes shower at the end of their day or before going out to dinner — just to freshen up and feel clean and nice. Thank goodness we brought stuff with us but its understood that hotels of this caliber has quality hygiene products.

This may be one of my favortie hotels every. Five star at an accessible price, in the perfect location. We loved it - In fact - we cancelled our other plans at another location and returned to this hotel in the same week. That's a first for us.

Twice had to chase up housekeeping as room had not been serviced by late afternoon. Lack of a buffet breakfast option.

Beautiful end room overlooking the square. Reasonably quiet given the location in the heart of downtown. Five minutes walk to gare centrale.

The property is exquisite and extremely clean and the furnishings are perfect The staff were extremely helpful . The food in the restaurant was very good and the beds were comfortable

The only negative comment I can make is that the room doors are very loud and regardless of how gently you try to close them they make a very loud sound when closing which can be heard in each nearby room.

The hotel is stunning and the staff are incredibly helpful and courteous. The rooms are wonderful with a lovely balcony and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Amazing turn down service and attention to detail leave you feeling pampered and truly spoilt. I would highly recommend it.

Breakfast is not an option on the room rate. Reception staff were rather aloof and were not responsive when we first arrived regarding some issues with the room.

Great location, lovely decor. Room (grand terrasse) was wonderful. Outdoor terrace great. Very relaxed ambience.

No concession (snacks) available..always appreciate coffee or tea in lobby...4 unusual flavored tea bags and very small cups in the room.
