Elegant and large room

Everything was amazing from the moment we walked in. The in room fireplace and rain shower were the highlight. Breakfast at the hotel was wonderful too.

Great luxury hideaway in the centre of downtown Montreal. Good base for exploring the city. Handy to metro as well as university campuses and shopping. Beautiful historic building.

Great location, beautiful hotel, fantastic bar and lounge, very friendly front door staff.

The gym is in need of an upgrade. Disappointing for a luxury hotel.

The hotel is absolutely excellent and in an excellent location. The staff are lovely and professional. Some of the restaurant staff can be a bit unfriendly.

There was a preacher on the corner preaching with a megaphone. Was too loud, but not the hotel's fault!

It was very clean they cleaned the room everyday

This is not the property fault I did not like every night outside the window there was a group singing every night and it use to keep me up

Great location for exploring. The square can be a little load at night and weekends and you will hear it if your room faces that direction but then again you're on the square and close things. The bar is great. They go out of their way to help you and the bar tenders remember your drink preferences.

Perfect location for travelers.

No pool onsite - we were surprised a 5 star hotel did not have a pool available

The location was good.

The hotel was extremely overpriced and did not justify the cost. I couldn’t sleep because the windows were not soundproof and the outside noise was unbearable. The room had a bad smell and the pillows were very old. Staff did not speak English. Booking.com informed me about a 450 CAD security deposit, but the hotel charged me 750 CAD instead.

The location was excellent with great access to attractions and restaurants. The room and amenities were very clean and the staff was friendly.

There were two problems with the hotel, firstly the breakfast, which had a restaurant-like menu, and finally we didn't understand why the price announced was different from the price inside the restaurant. Second, regarding the parking, which we couldn't access easily.

The location was very good- centrally positioned.

There was an issue with the curtains in the room. They aren’t hung properly so very hard to close at night.@
