Kitchen garbage was tiny; a bigger one would be practical. Dish towel also would have been handy.

We only had one key which made it difficult. For 3 bedrooms, there should be 2 keys particularly that there is no buzzer. Dish towels were missing in the kitchen. Had to use paper towels. Previous guests have already mentioned that the noises from the above apartment were really loud. The first couple nights, it started early in the morning but on our last night, it went on at 3am. Could not sleep. We all heard it from the 3 bedrooms. It sounds like they are moving furniture and stamping hard on the floor. Other than that, great place.

No outdoor space (balcony) Only one fob provided, for a group of five adults, made coming and going inconvenient. No buzzer, again inconvenient for deliveries or visitors. Housekeepers need more training. After end of day our bare feet were black! Indicating floors were not adequately cleaned. Dining table sticky. Bedding mismatched and wrinkled (a small thing but presents as sloppy housekeeping.) Not enough towels provided for a large group. No hand towels. Dryer had sheets and towels still inside. Dishwasher clean but still loaded. There were a few other housekeeping deficiencies but that’s probably me getting too nit-picky. Better housekeeping would make this property pretty much perfect!

Excellent location. Large space, accommodated our family and allowed for space to host friends as well. Nice furnishings and comfortable beds. Lots of natural light.

We had to insist on off street free parking as advertised in their location description. All the parking in the area is 2 hours only 9-6 weekdays as we were staying long term it would have been problematic. They don't really go out of their way to accommodate you without compensation.

The location was great easy walk to downtown and all amenities. The location included all the utensils and cooking pans you'd need for a long stay. It was clean and comfortable.

Place very comfy that we could have family to share meals and games so made it very special to have us all visit in a space we could enjoy all together. was close to all the shops and the shoreline walk was not far away. For a stay in Sidney, I would say top notch.

Please provide 2 more bath towels and washcloths. Please get your cleaners to clean behind and under the beds. Can hear the people and plumbing above. A little pricey - worked out to just under $700 CAD for 2 nights in shoulder season..

Great location downtown, 1 block from ocean. Spacious newer condo with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Comfortable beds (1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin).extra pillows found in closets. Portable fan (1). Kitchen stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils. Dining table seats 6 plus a bench seat. Living room has 2 comfy chairs, sofa and matching loveseat, Smart TV. Liquid hand soap, shampoo & conditioner, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry soap provided.

(1) We found the email correspondence from the property owner quite rude and focused on the extra charges/fines. For example: ***PLEASE NOTE: IF THE SOFA BED (COUCH IN THE LIVING ROOM TO SLEEP) IS USED (IF THERE IS ONE IN THE UNIT) AND NOT CLEANED AFTER, THEN THERE WILL BE A CHARGE OF $50XTRA FOR THE CLEAN OF THE UNIT. SO IF YOU USE SOFA BED PLEASE MAKE SURE IS MADE AND NO XTRA WORK IS NEEDED FOR CLEANERS.*** (2) We found the prices on booking.com deceptive. It was listed as $150 on booking.com but after all the taxes and fees were added in it cost us $350 for one night. Over double the price. (3) We had to get damp rags out of the dryer to use in the unit and we found other patron's clothes in our dresser. We are concerned that if the owner finds the clothes after our visit, they will attempt to fine us. (4) My wife had to wash all of the clothes she slept in after she left because of the purfumes in the bed and in the unit. Definately not a unit that a scent intolerate person should book.

Location was excellent, beds were comfy and the property was well put together, new and fully furnished.
