The proprietor Francois, and all his staff were exceedingly kind and helpful and made me feel at home. My meals at the restaurant were wonderful.

Nothing really. Consider making a dinner reservation in advance in case they're all booked up. It's very popular.

The owner of the inn and restaurant was extremely kind and welcoming even when we arrived to check in during a busy dinner period. He was lovely and warm with our dog (large breed) and helped us get settled in and suggested a time that we could come for dinner at the restaurant. The value was good. It is a shared bathroom, but the bathrooms and showers were clean and spacious. Having access to the sink in the room was a big help. Considering you get breakfast included it's very worthwhile. The vibe of the Acadian café on the water (warm, dry, lively) was so perfect for a Gaspésie stay. And the location near the lighthouse and beach is very nice. The breakfast was wonderful. We paid the difference for the omelette and french toast (?) which I highly recommend.

Perfect location: Away from traffic, next to water, in the marina + Staff really happy and friendly + bedroom very clean and shared bathroom just perfect. Like the extras too: breakfast included + organic products in the bathroom + products left by other travellers left to use for next ones Travelled around the world and it is definitely in my top 5

The bed was not comfortable and the room didnt have a private toilet, and at not noise isolated between rooms and specially at night if you walk you will make a lot of noise. but the chef made up for all of that with good food😉

Relax…you are in Canada!! Cafe’ Acadienne is wonderful, the chalet delightful. Francois is a perfect owner, as well as all the staff. Very good breakfast and dinner too

The shower/toilet was a little different in that it required a small step down and one needs to use the sink in the main room. The WiFi didn't reach out to the châlet, but we could go near or in the main building when needed.

We enjoyed a very comfortable, cozy stay in the châlet behind the restaurant and a wonderful breakfast. It was equipped with all the amenities we needed, incorporated nature in the decor, and we had good space for our one-night stay. It was nice to be a stone's throw from a delightful dinner at the restaurant and the included hearty, hot breakfast options the next morning. The staff were wonderful and there's a parking lot for the auberge, but we used the public parking, which is abundant. It is very walkable to downtown and it is near the lighthouse and neighbors a camping and beach area.

Lovely auberge located at the end of the port, where the ocean meets the river. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable (to note that the 4-5 bedrooms share two bathrooms - which is not too bad). The breakfast was great. The location is perfect to explore the town, walk to the ocean or drive to a good spot for swimming in the river.

Very nice staff, very good food and very cute location. Although you share the bathroom there are 2 so it is way less busy than some other places. We were camping most of the time and had some plates to wash when we arrive. We ask one of the staff member where we could wash them and she said the kitchen would do it for us! The location is great, with a beach close by. You can walk for a good 15-20 minutes.

Trailer park surrounding the building and right up to The beach and pier. We reserved a queen room with sea view but when we were shown our room it was dock and road side , when I queried she said it is the water. Shared bathrooms with 7 other double rooms not a great situation snd would not recommend.
