Price (~ $310 US dollars/night, including taxes) - room without furniture (only beds without headboard; 2 chairs, mini fridge, and microwave), no working TV (we were told that TV was just installed by not connected), minimal toiletries (no hand soap, no bathroom floor tower). The hotel is under renovation, and some disruption was expected. The staff did not provide any accommodations to compensate for the lack of amenities, for example, early check-in or late check-out. The check-out is at 11:00 AM; we were locked out at 10:40 AM and had to go to the desk multiple times to retrieve belongings from the locked room. There were other issues: the place was understaffed, the front desk was frequently unmanned, and breakfast for regular guests was unavailable.

Breakfast room is small. On-site restaurant food were average. Waitress was impatient when taking our orders.

Fast check-in, welcome staff, spacious and clean room, comfy beds. There was some small issues with room supplies, staff helped to solve the problem right away. We went over Thanksgiving long weekend, the chairlift is add-on bonus for us to see the fabulous fall colors around the hotel.

Entrance hall dingy , dark and glass light needed a clean. No shower curtain. Only one set of towels, had to ask for another. Curtain pelmet coming off. No evening meal available. Had to drive to a bistro. Nothing much to do there if it is raining.

Breakfast was in a small room sat with other guests. Just had to get it yourself, fruit, sandwiches which looked yuk, cereal. Not great. Make your own hot drink, cold drinks available.

Breakfast was awful. Actually dinner in the hotel restaurant wasn't much better - I am pretty sure my schnitzel was reheated. Not good value for money, taking into account the dreadful breakfast - just didn't expect something so poor from a big resort hotel.

Nice building though a bit tired. Good sized room and pleasant view.

The "breakfast" was really disappointing - no fresh fruit or anything, only toast and bagels and plastic wrapped "egg mcmuffins". Plastic cutlery, throwaway cups and plates - not environmentally friendly at all. Breakfast room way too small for the number of guests - I don't like having to eat in my room! Some staff seemed like they didn't want to be there and weren't helpful at all. Hiking trails poorly marked, and staff didn't even know where they started - could be because of the condo construction on the site...

Beds were very comfortable. Easy access to Eagles Nest Lookout and Manitou Mountain Trail, which was great. Lots of parking. Restaurant menu looked good but didn't get to eat there because it was closed on the night we stayed. Strong, reliable wifi. Easy access to the town.

The bed was not that comfortable, the room was really hot, opened windows and turned off heat. I know it's a snow hill, but when it doesn't open till 9am, to have the groomer go by at 5am, was very loud, with kids wasn't very impressed

Carpet felt dusty but rest of room clean. Facilities were all great and easy to access.

Pool and hot tub not open. Room dusty, flies bot vacuumed up behind night tables. Large stain on carpet and carpet worn. Room was hot and thermostat didn't seem to work. Towel rack in bathroom not properly installed and fell off the mounting bracket. Room not made up every day.

Room was not very clean. Stains on carpet and the room smelled like dog urine. I told the staff about this and nothing was done about it.
