The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped to make your own meals. Very clean too

The only thing to note is that the kitchen could use some more cooking utensils, as some of the pans are quite old. However, if you’re staying for a short time or don’t plan to cook much, this won’t be an issue.

My stay was excellent. The house is very cozy, comfortable, and always spotless. The host was very attentive and made sure everything was in perfect order during my stay. You can really tell the care and dedication, which made me feel at home. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place.

The only thing that comes to mind is that it was a bit chilly and I didn’t see the thermostat. And the door was a bit tricky. I went to 7-11 and getting back inside was a bit of a fight. But I got back inside.

It was in a great neighborhood that isn’t far from where I live. I stayed there to get away from a persistent noise in my building that needs repairing.

Helena’s place was absolutely lovely — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. It truly felt like a home away from home. She was a kind and responsive host, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and convenient, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Helena kindly offered me an upgrade, in order to facilitate another guest who had some unforeseen circumstances. The upgrade I was offered was beyond beautiful- super clean, spacious and in a very quiet neighbourhood. It was about a 30 minute walk to the train station or a bus just around the corner. Helena was very responsive and would have loved to stay in her place longer than the 2 days!

Great value for money stay with easy access to downtown Calgary. We stayed during the Stampede and it was very easy to get uber in to town only $15. Place was really clean and the host was super responsive and friendly. Look forward to coming back to Calgary and staying here again

It was slightly far away from the Stampede, which is where we were going.

The property was very clean and the bed is super comfortable. The en-suite is huge too! Helena was a great host and made our stay very pleasant. They do charge $5 for a towel but I think it’s because of Covid, so make sure to bring cash with you. The location is easy for public transport and close to the C Train.

My stay at Helena’s place was absolutely fantastic! The location was convenient—25 minutes from the airport, which made traveling so easy. The apartment itself was cozy, clean, and welcoming, and I immediately felt at home. It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort and convenience so well, but this one definitely did. Helena was a fantastic host—attentive, kind, and always ready to help. She went out of her way to make sure my trip was comfortable, and her hospitality truly made a difference. We had a great stay! The place was exceptionally clean and had a warm, cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Parking was very convenient, with plenty of spaces available right across the street. The bathroom was surprisingly large, and the bed was extremely comfortable — just what we needed after a long day of travel. Highly recommended!

There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like about the stay. One thing I would say is that it is $5 dollars to rent a towel which I didn’t realise when I first booked. So if you want to use a towel take some cash with you to leave in the room.

The owners are easy to communicate with and respond fast. The room is lovely and clean and the shower and bathroom are nice. There are loads of facilities in the kitchen to use which is perfect. The property is also in a really good place right next to the bus stop, or you can walk to the shops if you want to.

The host was driendly and helpful. She notified me there was problem to The bathroom and arranged me to stay in another house which is better than the one showed in the photos. It was a nice stay and would stay again if I come back to Calgary.
