Room location was right on a lane between Rodeway and the Ramada entrance next door. A bit noisy.

Breakfast was adequate, bread for toast, cereal, pastry, juice, coffee. Not much choice.

One of the doors in the room wouldn’t lock but we were able to use the other lock from inside and staff were quick to apologize and say they’d fix it.

Breakfast was a nice touch. Rooms were super clean and comfortable! Staff was very nice!

The jacuzzi tub wasn’t working but we were compensated for that.

The room wasn't very clean. I'm not picky and I've definitely been to worse places, but I'm just posting it to warn that you might need to wash all the kitchen utensils and inspect the bath towels before using them. The air conditioning is also very noisy, but it works well to keep the room cool. And the toilet was clogged when we arrived, but they fixed the issue quickly.

Great location, within walking distance of Tim Hortons, Save on Foods, a mall, restaurants, and drugstore. The room was spacious, the bed, pillows, and duvet were very comfortable, and the shower had good pressure and temperature. The receptionist was very friendly and helped us when needed. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with coffee, cream, juice, bread, croissants, muffins, yogurt, apples, bananas, cereal, jam, and butter.

Noisy Air Conditioner

Breakfast was typical of the style of North American hotel. Outside of the building presented a little grubby, could do with a scrub and a paint. Room was clean a tidy. My only complaint is the air conditioner was about as loud as an aircraft taking off, seems to always be the same In Canadian and American Motels. Will they ever get it right? So slept with the widow open and aircon off. You need a car as it is about 10 minute drive to the city centre. Other than that, was happy with the room and price

The motel's exterior looks quite rough. It seems to be undergoing renovations, but this doesn't make for a good first impression. I think this is one of the first motels in this area. There appears to be a great deal of construction of new accommodation around the Rodeway, which makes the rough exterior look even more worn. The new hotel just behind the Rodeway totally takes away from any view (probably in an earlier day, there was a terrific view of the valley that Kamloops is located in; not anymore). Still, the rough exterior does make for a surprise as we had absolutely no complaints about our room, which we really liked (as noted above). We knew there was a continental breakfast. It was acceptable.

We had a big, surprisingly spacious room. It was well-appointed with a writing desk, very comfy bed, good fridge and microwave. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the highway as well as shopping, notably Costco and Canadian Tire (which was timely as we had a problem with our vehicle but were able to get an appointment the next morning and then we were on our way). A special shout-out to Jyeshtha who checked us in. She has a lovely lively manner, putting my wife and I at ease. We arrived later than our expected time, but Jyeshtha was courteous and helpful through the process. Later, she called us at our room after we settled in to make sure everything was all right.

There was some light mess on floor. Chair was old ald a little bit in bad condition. Breakfast for people from Europe are for first time very bad and "nothing" is there.

Aircondition and heating is working. Bad was comfort and clean.

Not much, in the way of breakfast. It needed some kind of protein, Eggs/ Sausage/Ham, etc.

The AC was a little noisy. But short of turning the heat on it stayed working. The beds were more comfortable than most hotels. I have stayed here about four times over the years.

The location is excellent being so close to the freeway. The staff were telephoning because we had not booked in by a reasonable time. I told them we would be there shortly.

Someone discharged their used chewing gum that I didn’t seen until I stepped on it the heated pavement of the parking lot melted it to a sticky runny mess. It was the same colour as the stall marker paint. I dealt with it so no one else would be tracking it into their rooms or their vehicles.

Right next door to the convention I was attending and less than a block to my favourite Chinese food restaurant and major shopping mall. Super easy access onto and off highway. The air conditioning kept my room cool and comfortable and the housekeeping staff were great. As was the front office staff I dealt with.

The Checkin. The lady did her best but we were almost refused our non refundable already paid 2 night stay because we didn't have a credit card for the deposit. Never a problem before, they either take cash or a payment which gets refunded, huge hassle. Also they charged us a Pet Fee for a Service Dog, he is exempt from that, nowhere else has ever charged us so that was disappointing and wrong. For these 2 reasons we are giving it a 7 otherwise it would be a 9.

The room was super great in every way, the breakfast was also good.

Detected a faint mildew odor in the bathroom, probably from the shower curtain. But i am unusually sensitive to mildew smell, so most people probably wouldn’t notice it at all.

Great location and price point, room had a big soaker tub which was a nice surprise although i didn’t use it.
