While the continental breakfast served was delicious, it was incredibly minimal in terms of volume, with no offer of a second croissant etc. For the price we were paying it seemed very underwhelming and designed by someone on a diet. Wouldn't go back due to that.

Mattresses were wonderful, great AC in room, shower was very nice, lighting very cool in the room

We had some issues with the tiny bathroom: the sliding barn door would slide open, wouldn’t stay closed. The toilet clogged, and it took staff 6 hours to find a plunger and free it. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. The breakfast consisting of a warm croissant with a bit of strawberry jam and cheese got a little monotonous after the 2nd or third day.

The staff, particularly Marie-Eve and Charlotte, were very friendly & welcoming. The location in the old town was very central, on a quiet street. The property itself was beautifully renovated

Room lighting, bathroom sink very tiny, no counter space in bathroom, gigantic stiff pillows (tried to exchange, but there were no alternatives). Being in a converted house certainly has its challenges, but guests should be aware of the steps at entrance and those leading to the guestrooms (numerous and steep).

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating of requests for dining recommendations. Hotel was very clean. The wine machine was fun. Back courtyard is beautiful and quiet. The hotel is in a very quiet location and also VERY conveniently located to old town, Abraham's Plain, waterfront promenade, etc.

In room number one the bathroom door and overall bathroom design is flawed. The door doesn't give you any privacy and there are gaps on both sides. The track for the door is faulty. Not comfortable at all. Complimentary snacks were all stale. Breakfast is only a croissant with a sliver of butter and a tiny cup of diced fruit.

Beautiful hotel, the aesthetics and overall feel was outstanding. Wonderful staff, very private and quite.

    The bathrooms are tiny.

Hotel Cap Diamante exceeded all expectations during our recent stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming—genuinely some of the friendliest we’ve encountered. The property itself is absolutely charming, beautifully maintained, and full of character. The location couldn’t be better—nestled on a quiet street that still puts you just steps away from all the major sights and attractions of Old Quebec. It felt peaceful and relaxing, yet we were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. Mornings were a delight with a wonderful continental breakfast, and having free coffee and Nespresso available throughout the day was a lovely touch. These small details made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay at Hotel Cap Diamante again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming, and well-located place to stay in Quebec City.

Our room (9) could’ve had a better curtain over the window, it didn’t quite cover the whole window. Our room was right by the front door and we could quite clearly when people entered and left the hotel.

The location was perfect. It was quiet yet still minutes from the heart of the old city. The included breakfast was yummy and had great service. Room was updated with nice touches like filtered water, new linens (made from 100% linen), and different lighting options. Parking was super convenient too.

We liked everything. The bathroom is very small - this did not matter to us, but others might not like that. There are steep stairs to reach the "lobby" and more to the room - again, we did not mind (and we knew this) but other's might not enjoy.

We had a WONDERFUL stay! The hotel is in a great location for what we wanted to see/do. Parking was easy and very close. The staff are AMAZING. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they all are. The welcome we received when we arrived was warm. Breakfast was wonderful. We lounged in the library each night with a cup of tea and it was a lovely place to unwind. I highly recommend this hotel.
