keys kept blinking out.Only thing.One of the front of the staff a women at the desk needs to follow the others lead where friendliness was concerned,she wasent that nice,the rest of the front the desk Incredible,the cleaning staff lovely!

I was disappointed by the age of the room - for what we paid. The bathroom was very small - and there was no way to adjust the temperature in the room. I was told it was an upgraded room - but that was not the case.

The kids loved the outdoor pool.

Traffic was an issue and we had to leave earlier for a flight. There was no offer of any food or anything 15 minutes before breakfast started.

The sports bar were very helpful, food was great also.

The gym was missing some weights. Other than that everything was good.

Small inconsistencies vexed us - There was no secondary lock on the door (like a dead bolt), the fan in the bathroom didn't work properly, the sink drained very slowly. They need to work on how they describe rooms here on booking.com (so that guests don't book a floor described as 'upper floor' or 'mountain facing' and end up on a low floor looking towards the city. But we still love the hotel.

Staff were excellent, room was spotlessly clean. We come here all the time, it's an excellent value.

Had my credit card working fine but during the check in they wanted extra money as deposit because i had to pay using a debit card. The extra money was returned in cash during checkout out but what difference does it make whether its credit or debit card. I was using my credit card everywhere as usual and it worked fine.

Place was clean, perfect location and close to all locations needed. Staff were polite and helpful.

Corners of the bed

*pool is amazing and they serve drinks as well while you enjoy the hot tub or heated swimming pool *breakfast is wonderful and changes a bit daily, we enjoyed the blueberry pancakes and the day they served Cinnamon French Toast ! *staff were very friendly Only thing we didn’t enjoy was the corners of the beds. Almost all 4 of us got badly hurt from banging into the extremely sharp edges. (Definitely need a better design…) There were no robes in the room as we had last time but this was a minor detail Love this place and we plan to come back again for years to come!

Went down to the Peanuts bar to order some nachos for the grandkids who were visiting. Service was terrible. Waited 45 minutes and was ignored when asking how long.

Breakfast is great. The service is awesome. Love the outdoor pool. . Overall it was a great experience. Our 3rd year here.

The rooms are too warm and you can’t change the AC level. We asked for an engineer but he just brought us a fan. Bad night’s sleep for both of us.

Great breakfast which provided some different each day. Friendly staff. We were missing a bath robe and this was dealt with very quickly after a quick call to reception. The room was clean and comfortable. Nicely located for visiting Banff.

Our room was 261 so the view was an industrial ventilation system. I couldn’t get the coffee machine working it didn’t seem to heat up. Not sure this matched the room price

Your Breakfasts - unfortunately, not having Yogurt as an option was a disappointment, and the Breakfast was the same 3 days running - no variety, and extremely limited in your offerings.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, made us feel at home.

I had the fish and chips in the restaurant and didn't think it was really worth the price.

The outdoor pool was awesome--so much more comfortable than indoor pools, and it was really warm! The hot tub was great, too, and super warm. Our room was quiet, clean, and the bed/bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was pretty good; pancakes or waffles would take it to the next level.
