I recommend this house, because it was comfortable. All things were cleaned. We slept well because We didn't hear anyone, it was very quiet. The area is beautiful, the house is new. We will rent it again next time.

The door entry keypad wasn’t functioning properly, and the instructions provided were a bit unclear. Since it was late at night, we really appreciated the host coming out to assist us — that was a great help! Also, it would be very convenient if the Wi-Fi code could be shared as a QR code for easy scanning and connection

Very close to the airport — just a 20-minute drive. Wi-Fi coverage was strong throughout the property. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped and a pleasure to use. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made our stay even better.

It’s really got that host explain clearly that the key pad doesn’t work and you should use the key which is in a key holder at the back.when we arrived we can’t open the door with key pad and because we arrived at night there was no light so we couldn’t see the key holder box

I liked the cleanliness of the facility, the whole basement apartment, quite calm and very private. Safe neighborhood, walkable to amenities close by. I had parking for my vehicle and access to all I needed in the basement. The host was quite hospital and was very responsive to questions I had about navigating Calgary. I will recommend this place and will definitely stay again when next I visit Calgary.

The apartment was perfectly clean, warm, and in great condition. Nice soft carpet floor. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly and helpful host.

Great location, very clean basement. It is fitted with everything which could be needed to make you feel like at home : kitchenette, washing machine, dryer, TV with Netflix,... Ike was a wonderful host, friendly and available at any time.

I was just not used to the type of door code system the property had but we eventually figured it out. The neighbourhood/loc of the listing was close enough to commercial establishments and the surroundings were peaceful enough that the stay was very comfortable! The amenities were superb as there were enough supplies provided in the bathroom as it was sparkling clean! The kitchen, living room and bedroom areas were all clean as well.

There was damage (from previous guests?) like a broken towel rack that wasn't fixed. There was also no way to cool down the unit (no fan) & we felt that it was quite warm. We could have mentioned the issues to the host but this was just a place to sleep for a couple of nights. Plus it was late when we got back.

The location was easy to get to. It was great that they offered parking on the driveway. The host made the check-in process very easy. It was easy to drive out to Canmore & Banff.

It is on outskirts of Calgary but solved problem by parking rental car at north pointe bus depot (5km away) and catching direct bus to stamped.

The host was excellent facilities clean and very safe suburban area free parking, great value for your money

Great place to stay. Very comfortable and owner is very friendly. Quiet neighbourhood and easy to get on the ring road of Calgary, e.g. to get to Banff or Lake Louise. I went to downtown Calgary by driving to the North Pointe park and ride and then taking the bus.

Smoking is not allowed but it is reasonable as there are kids around.

The suite was in a great location, clean, comfy bed, groceries and food spots at a walkable distance. Definitely worth visiting if you are stopping by Calgary as it is closer to the airport. Overall Experience, excellent.

Nothing, it was great!

We loved the property! It was very comfortable, nice and clean and the host very friendly. We actually stayed twice - once on our way down to Yellowstone NP, once on the way back. It is close to a supermarket and gas station and easy to get to.
