Traffic noise can get loud during the day. There was a large group at the pool for 2 days which was annoying at times. Balcony too narrow for comfort. No coffee pod, filters or cream in the room as promised, but the front desk gave me some.

Great mountain view of whistler and blackcomb mountains. Room spacious and bed comfortable. The shower has good pressure. Great location close to supermarket, liquor store, restaurants, and village.

It was a little far to walk to the lifts, but excellent shuttle nearby and close to everything in the village. The fireplace timer was a bit noisy, but everything else was perfect.

Check in was confusing, two front desks one for guests and one for other rentals and then this is an online check in had to phone to get access codes and had to phone multiple times. Very inconvenient no early check in or bag storage or parking garage access.

The bedroom light was bedside but I'd bought along a sensor nightlight which I'd found helpful getting about in the night without the need to put a bedroom light on.

Comfortable furnishings and bathroom facility was perfect, shower pressure really good and kitchen items available was perfect for any length of stay. The view is breathtaking, around the area too but there was a balcony available which was a wonderful addition to the apartment. There's a local store for food items, I'd bought a single amount to suit my stay I found useful to getting a box of cereal and there's a great choice of eateries around the centre nearby should you want to eat out. The bonus was the pool and hot tub to end a busy day out on the hills.

Fabulous location, easy walk to lifts and village. Room provided great space for family of four. Pool and spas were a nice treat after day on the slopes.

When calling the "Front Desk" after hours, repeatedly got a busy signal.

Nice, quiet room. Artwork on wall refreshingly different from units of that other management company. (We typically come to Cascade Lodge a couple times per season.). Nice, affordable way to handle the payment for parking. Unit very well appointed. The bathrobes were a nice touch.

Perhaps more streaming television...or did I just not figure it out?? Besides, after skiing all day, I had lots of work and other things to catch up on, so didn't need a lot of TV

The check in was easy and to be sure I called host and got a very quick response, so was easy. I also got a call when my room was ready early. I thought it was a great size and everything worked well. I really liked that the kitchen was perfectly stocked, including a tea pot.

It was very unfortunate that the shower and bathrooms for the pool were out of order. Wish beds were king size. Also there was a special request made to Booking.com but was not honored.

Staff were very helpful. Great location Pool and hot tub was good and kept clean.
